4Two days ago I received a key to open the box under my mailbox AND it doesn't work. I've called and left a message in my mailbox. Don't know when mail is delivered to catch mailcarrior. HELP! ×
Tammy continues to mark my mailbox as vacant; even though, I check it daily and have labeled my box. I submitted a customer service request on April 20th, and it is still open with no response. The management team for the Vail Post Office do not care that my mail is missing.
Online says it's open till 5 but it's only open till 4. I paid $30 to have an envelope overnighted for an important business deal and ended up just getting it stuffed back in my mailbox with no explanation or reasoning. I have sent to this address probably over a hundred times.
This is not a active post office where you go mail your stuff. It’s a storage place for post office.go to the one near by.
