We have been coming here for 20 years this year! We LOVE this place so much! They truly love what they do and make your pets feel safe. They give sound advice and guidance.

Everyone is so nice and sweet they truly make me feel like my puppy (Joker) is there only patient. Due to COVID I didn’t get go inside and had to do curbside I do understand but I can’t wait to meet this team in person

How could you make our experience better? Scalp massage while we wait? Big screen TV and a recliner? I don't know what you guys could possibly do to be any better. We know you all for the caring sensitive people that you all are and we can't imagine anyone else tending to our veterinary needs. My wife and I have no doubt that you all have the best interests of us and our babies first and foremost in mind at each and every visit.

My small senior dog is feeling so much better today because of the care he received at Val Vista Animal Hospital. They were able to quickly diagnose his illness and immediately relieved his pain and discomfort. And I am truly so so grateful. Dr. Newkirk and the vet techs were super kind and caring. And the facility is cleaner and more appealing than a lot of human hospitals. Based on my experience It’s a good place to go when your pet needs help.

I have been using this vet office for 14 years with multiple pups, and I don't have a single complaint. Everyone is so nice and wonderful here. My service is always so good. They genuinely care about your pet and you.

We are only here a few times a year and have had to reach out to these folks for services as non permanent residents on more than one occasion. We have always been treated as regular clients and they forward everything to our vet clinic back home. They are very professional and I highly recommend them.

We have 3 rescue animals. 2 cats and 1 dog, and they are our fur babies. Val Vista Animal Hospital has cared for them since we got them, several years ago. We couldn't be more satisfied with the love and care our pets have received over the years. Very friendly, loving, caring, professional and knowledgeable staff. I have no doubt that they can care for any needs our pets may encounter. Highly recommended!

Dr Core has stayed in communication about an ongoing issue & does everything to clear it up. They are very helpful, especially when I have to work and my husband takes the pets. He has memory issues, so they communicate directions to me. I'm so glad I found them!

Kristi and Dr Cole were amazing! They treated my boy like a king! They were patient with him as he was scared and nervous. Reasonably priced!

I just had to put my cat down and I don’t remember the assistant’s name, she made it very comfortable for me and took good care of my Willie. Thank you for being there for him!

Rude front office lady. Unwilling to assist and said "we don't give quotes over the phone". She was just short with her responses and sounded like she had an attitude.

I love the Val Vista animal hospital! I have been taking all of my dogs there since 2004 when we got our first dogs. They have a literally saved my dog Presley's life and take such good care of her when she's healthy too. The staff is always so excited to see her when she comes in and she actually enjoys her visits! Their new office is so nice looking and clean and fresh and pretty. Well done!

Moved here from AL with my dog Wilma and they've treated her great! Added Wilbur to the fur-family and he was diagnosed with Parvo. Val Vista AH did such an amazing job helping me. They saved me money before having to take him to the emergency vet and kept tabs on him to make sure he was ok. Always feel welcomed when coming in for a visit and they truly treat my pups like one of their own. Very happy to have found such a great vet!

Great staff! Always so helpful and excellent at explaining everything. No one wants to have to take their animal to the vet but I'll happily go back here every time. Thanks for always taking care of Hank.

My chihuahua had parvo and they took care of him right away no hesitation. I was even late on my appointment & they still took me in when they closed @4pm on a Saturday. He's so much better & he fought it through it was so hard for me because my oldest daughter is with her dad for the month and it's her dog so heartbreaking that I was going to loose him.
I got a call from them a few days after just to check in on him! Great staff you all are the best if I could rate more than 5 stars I would!
