Maintenance is great too.
I wish I would have known how bad of an apartment complex this is before moving in. I have had multiple issues from day one. First I had to switch apartment, because the one they gave me smelled like smoke. Then I moved next door to it and the smell still came in through the vents. Also the walls are paper thin so we can hear everything they do upstairs. The community is not gated nor do they have any security or cameras. So recently my car got broken into. I asked the apartment manager to give me an update on what security measures they will take. I still haven't heard from her yet. There are better places to rent and spend your money.keep looking!
Eager to rent to us until we didn’t qualify no follow up call. Just took our money and never followed up with us. All for a parking lot view. Terrible customer service. I’m glad we didn’t qualify I would give a zero star if that was an option
They practice horrible business with their renters. They charged us an extra $2200 for a month that we weren't renting be cause we gave them 49 day notice to vacate on paper instead of the 60, they wouldn't even pro-rate. We occupied the the apartment for one year and were without a shower for about 9 months because according to the janitor you should only be able to move the knob 2 times per year depending on the weather.when he finally tried to fix the knob he actually broke it. The first month food went bad because they didn't wat to fix the refrigerator, food went bad.they finally put in new refrigerator after seeing that the one in the unit was broken. Their staff is lazy. Had problems with the neighbors that was never addressed. One of the many reasons that we moved. The day we moved out there was a crime scene and forensics van and police vehicles a few doors down from our apartment. Moved out the end of March, payed for April and now end of May they are charging $380 for move out costs when they kept our deposit. RUN, RUN, RUN!
