Update: well, since we cannot wait 10+ months for a new build, we were able to find a resale home (less than 5 yrs old) in tip-top, immaculately kept, move-in condition (better than new, since the backyard is in, and window treatments are in, etc.) for less than the base-price of a new home. Thank you, God! We are closing on this purchase in less than a month from today!

Friendly staff. Limited quick-move-in inventory. Takes 10+ month to build. Sigh!
