The front office staff is careless and not empathetic at all. They charged fees and did not provide services because they wanted both parents consent to treat a child. The parent was denied services for the child until the neglectful parent also consents to treatment. By 3 minutes the parent who had been waiting for 3 hours for the child to be seen was denied services as well because he did not turn in his paperwork with the child's. They work very slow and are great to talk about other non work related things and stop to place starbucks orders and drinks at their desks at the cost of patients time. People with mental health services need access to efficient health care without so many obstacles.

Don't come here for mental health! Or anything for that matter. My son needs help and they said walk ins are from 8-11 and we got here before 11 and we were turned away because the front desk lady said it would take to long! So then maybe you shouldn't tell people 8-11am you should say 8-10am! They don't care at all about people! Mental health is a sensitive matter and they are rude and uncaring about someone who needs help! Beware of this office!

There’s some really nice and sincere staff here who care, but too many inappropriate ignorant workers as well. ANA MCNABB has made me super uncomfortable and refuses to listen to me about any of my concerns and recommends me off putting things. I’ve never had to deal with someone so unprofessional, I’ve tried getting a new psychiatrist but so far no luck. This is not a person who should be talking to patients who are mentally struggling. She will belittle you with tiny comments and acts like shes the only one in the right and refuses to be wrong about anything. She doesn’t know anything about therapist communication and she wanted me to stop taking my medication just because I was unemployed for a while which was absolutely terrible and she NEEDS to be held responsible and educate herself on the fact that people need certain medication on a daily basis no matter what they’re doing. ADHD effects my everyday life, I don’t need to have a job in order to take it, I need to take it everyday regardless. She’ll just say “not true” to anything you try saying and is honestly just so behind and it’s not fair that her personal opinions and feelings get in the way of something that’s suppose to be a safe professional place for patients.
