I moved in to these apartments about 7 years ago. This place has been through so many employees and management. Repairs would never be done nor calls to the office would ever be answered and important paperwork would be lost. It's been about over a year now where Vanessa became our manager and everything has changed for the best. I love the app that we can use to pay our rent, report any repairs (which now are fast as same day) and her allowing all of us to feel more like family when putting special get together's like for Easter, Halloween etc.just for us and the kiddos and even having contests for best decorations! She is one of the manager's that has stayed around to make these place somewhere we can call home She is amazing in every way? Thank you Vanessa for making Valle Del Sur GREAT! ️

I've been here for 6 years & have seen a lot of managers come & go. Vanessa our current office manager is amazing! She's always willing to help no matter what the situation is. She keeps us informed of everything that's going on & any changes that will take place. She even organizes gatherings so the whole complex can interact. She's become a friend not just a manager!
