Valley Ace Hardware, Casa Grande AZ

I have always tried to shop at ace as its one of the small town hardware stores, but this place will not get my business anymore.
The customer service here is just horrible, everyone is rude and lazy, you ask for help and they fight amongst themselves as to whos turn it is to help.
Tonight I tried to use a spend 75 get 15 off coupon and the girl in the camouflage jacket was getting all moody at me because I wanted to use this, she said my sale items wouldn't count and so I got more items which as a business owner you would think is a good thing, but she just kept having more and more attitude.how am I supposed to know what works and doesn't.
I spent 90 bucks without any sale items and still not able to use the coupon.
I tried asking why and she just had more attitude.
Disappointed in this store but home depot doesn't give me drama and lets me use the coupons they send out.

Great Hardware and the staff people are always very friendly and helpful! They always seem to have what I need.

Nice selection of products. Friendly welcoming staff. Only downside is parking. It is hard to pull out of the spots in front of store because of traffic. Yikes thought I was gonna be stuck there til closing bra ha ha

This is the largest ACE I've ever been in.
I walked half way in the store and was greeted by the General Manager and within a few minutes he helped me find some very specific hardware, introduced me to another cornerstone employee and the experience just rubber stamped why I love ACE hardware so much.

It was a very clean & organized store. Stock was limited on copper fittings. But I did manage to figure things out with what was there. The customer service I received in plumbing was very friendly, but he had a difficult time listening to my issue I was trying to explain to him & the actual part I was looking for. All in all I was pleased with my visit & I recommend everyone to shop there.

Very helpful staff. I do find that the store is a little bit confusing in setup, however, they have everything that you'd need from a hardware store. Needed a motor key for a buffer and they had the perfect size and fit.

First time in this location horrible customer service experience from your cashier of my first time in this location and I will never be back to this location

I only needed a light bulb. They had said light bulb. The staff greeted me when I walked in. Asked if I needed assistance. Was friendly checking me out.

I was in need of a very specific bolt, and as always.they had it! Of course I then found some great glass jar hummingbird feeders.very unique.

These people are awesome. The people help us with getting our new home up and running. Jennifer and the men at the help desk have helped in so many ways. Nice to have people that are right there for you when you need it.

Order online and pick it up in a few hours, what's not to like about that. Excellent communication throughout. Great service and good pricing too.

The people at the store are so helpful, you can actually find someone to advise you as to what you need. I was looking for two items and when I explained what I was looking for to the salesman, he explained that I didn't need both items and saved me eight bucks!

Everytime I go to Home Depot or Lowe's, I spend too much time with the dozens of employees that don't know any more than I do until the expert is finally available from helping the other customers. Everytime I go to ACE, it's not very busy so the expert can immediately help and he is fast and smart.
