This practice discriminates against single mothers. After speaking with the front desk three times via phone before appointment, reviewing their website, signing their policy page in their new patient paperwork, reading all postings on doors and windows before entering, they refused to check me in because I was accompanied by my two very well behaved children. Front desk stated that its policy to not allow anyone under age 13 and that they wished someone would have told me. They were unwilling to speak with the doctor to see if an exception could be made and instead asked me repeatedly if there was anyone who could watch my children for me since they won’t allow for me to receive care with my children present.

Had a needle biopsy to determine whether I have cancer. Its been 3 weeks but the fooice seems to have lost any record of me being there. Dr. Briards assistant has no idea what lab it was sent to or where the results went. Not looking forward to doing an unnecesary 2nd biopsy. I do not recommend valkey endocrine. The doctor was great but the staff is incompetant.

Dr Alamir is good but the nurse practitioner is awful. She knew nothing about my insulin pump and didn’t help me at all but they still tried to charge me for the appointment. When I told them I wouldn’t pay it due to the awful service, they wouldn’t let me go back (I wasn’t wanting to anyways but they only gave me a week to find a new doctor and move my records). Awful place don’t go there.

Pay attention to the reviews here. It really is an hour wait. That's ridiculous to have a patient wait that long.

I really like the doctor and staff but the wait time is ridiculous. A good practice would be to inform the patients at the desk and give the option of coming back or rescheduling. Every single time, about an hour behind this is unacceptable and unprofessional.

If I could give this a minus I would.
I have been a patient of this practice for over 23 years, when my Dr.retired I was assigned to Dr. Brard and been his patient for about 2 years. Luckily I have only seen him a few times as he is pompous, arrogant and downright mean. Upon my last visit, I saw Dr Brard and I had my 4 yr old grandson with me. My grandson was looking at magazines and singing some songs to himself. Dr Brard proceeded to get in my grandsons face and start yelling at him stating "he had a difficult job and he was not going to tolerate any distractions", causing my grandson to feel fearful. Dr. Brard then turned and started yelling at me saying I had no business bringing my grandson to my appointment. Dr Brard attempted to intimidate, and bully my grandson again. I intervened and expressed my outrage. I was furious at the way he approached my grandson and spoke to me. I would recommend if any of you have ever been intimidated, bullied, or treated less than a person with this Dr.then he does not need to be practicing and interacting with other people. To add insult to injury. I received a certified letter stating his office is discharging me as a patient. I have notified the proper authorities of this unacceptable behavior. Dr Brard needs to understand without patients he has no livelihood and he needs to treat people the way he wants to be treated.

This place is awesome. It does take awhile for appointments, but then again they never rush when they are with me. Dr. Biesbroeck, is the best however he has retired. Anyway great office totally trust everyone, the staff is very professional and courteous.

Don't waste your time or money going to this*^%$$.
He has no manners at all!
I ended up telling him what I thought of him because he was so rude.
The wait time was unbelievable.

There are to many other good Dr's out there.

Good luck!

I've come to this office for at least a dozen appointments. I'm currently waiting in the office now. I have never waited less than 45 minutes in the lobby and then an additional 45 minutes in the office. Then the dr comes in for 5 minutes and moves on. He usually dismisses any questions with a sense that he thinks I'm an idiot (which maybe I am, but it's not his place to make me feel that way). This is my last appointment, I'm going to find another dr.

OMG Run. This guy has little to no bedside manner. I found him to be rude and pretty uninformed about recent breakthroughs in discovering and treating thyroid problems. (Lab’s don’t tell the whole story). I found a different Endocrinologist who looked at the whole endocrine picture and found real reasons why I felt so terrible. My advice to anyone reading this is keep looking, you will save yourself months of misery and frustration.

Very impressed with the front staff, lab staff and specially Dr. Robert Biesbroeck. Knowledgeable, wise and patient with all my concerns. Definately recommend this place!
