Valley ENT Mesa/Baseline

Dr Gonzolas is awesome, i would recommend him to anyone! He is patient and kind and listens to his Patience needs, and tried to provide anyway possible to remedy their ailments.

The provider that we saw was good. However, the medical assistant we had to deal with was rude constantly, every time we had to deal with her. And as far as scheduling, well, after 45 minutes we still were not even brought to our room.

That kind of behavior in any health provider office is unacceptable. If you were 45 minutes late they would cancel and charge you. And yet, this office disrespects your time so thoroughly that they can't even call you back anywhere close to your appointment time.

Dr. Gonzales is very thorough in his examination. I went in with a complaint of ongoing ear pain and infection. He found debris built up by my ear drum and removed them.

The entire staff was friendly and caring. I would recommend this doctor to anyone who needs to see an ENT.

Dr Redtfeldt has always been kind, knowledgeable and professional. This last visit, my first during COVID-19 times, I felt very safe with all of the precautions that were used. Thank you Dr Redtfeldt and staff. Great Job!

I was impressed with my visit to Valley ENT. After calling from the parking lot, I was greeted by the receptionist who was friendly & helpful. A board behind her listed the doctors & their current wait times. My doctor showed a 15 minute wait, but that wasn't a concern as she had many positive reviews. The large waiting room had plenty of space for me & 2 other patients to keep a safe distance.

Dr. Raquel Redtfeldt was professional, warm & caring while asking questions & really listening to me. She was patient with my many questions & fears of a possible surgery. She recommended no surgery, but gave me simple, natural options for treatment.

I will definitely refer Valley ENT and
Dr Redtfeldt to my family and friends. I wish she was my primary care physician.

The reception area was very clean and the receptionist was very patient and helpful. I saw Dr. Gonzalez and was very impressed how he came in, sat down and asked me to tell my story of why I was there. He was very patient, did not rush me. During the exam he explained what he was doing and looking at. He seemed very knowledgeable of what the CT scan showed. What he explained to me made sense as to why I have had sinus issues all my life. His medical Assistant was very pleasant and helpful to me as well. Thank you to a great team!

Visited here recently for an ear infection that was persistent for over a month with antibiotics prescribed from my PCP. All the staff was very friendly and well organized. Managed to be seen and treated in a timely manner with effective results. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience with Valley ENT. We originally had an appointment for my 4 year old, but after discussing some symptoms of my 8 year old they were able to squeeze him in as well. Thanks for everything Dr. Redtfeldt.

The play area is my favorite part of the waiting room and Dr. Redtfelt's assistants are very thorough and gentle with the kids. Dr. Redtfelt has done tubes of 3/3 kids + tonsils/adenoids on my oldest and every procedure has been smooth with 0 complications, before/during/after surgery! I will ONLY see Valley ENT!:)

The staff is despicable. The woman talked over me, treated me like I was stupid, and yelled at me. I will never recommend your office to anyone.

Had to wait.almost an hour behind. But the doctor was exceptionally good, very matter of fact, but helpful for our little one.

Refunds take 4-6 weeks once you request it. Surgery was Oct 4th I paid prior to surgery it will be another 4-6 weeks to get this my refund. Unethical, unfortunate for the doctors to lose business due to badly managed accounting staff.

Very professional office staff. Really appreciate Dr. Gonzalez' calm and informative approach to providing patient feedback. I feel listened to and my problem addressed. Would certainly recommend to friends and family.

I saw Dr. Yin because I was diagnosed with acute tonsillitis. He was very polite and got straight to the point. I liked that he explained everything clearly in a way I could understand and there was no beating around the bush. I would totally recommend Dr. Yin

Very customer friendly. They want you to get/have the correct device with the bells and whistles you want. I have never been treated so graciously at a doctors office.
