Madeline Fisher, PA-C is a consumate professional in performance of client care. When my son experienced very complex sumptoms, Madeline called our home and spent a great deal of time hearing my concerns and explaining in patient detail what options she thought would be most effective for his ongoing care. My son completely trusts Madeline's professional judgement. His initial issue was resolved completely, and if he experience a recurrance, Madeline is the only person he would consider as his practitioner.

I'm not even sure where to begin, my first appointment I was there for over 2 hours, was told I needed a CT scan. I go to the front desk to schedule the CT scan for September 8th, the woman at the desk confirmed September 8th. I show up this morning and she had scheduled it for the 22nd instead of the 8th (I'll be out of town that day, I would have never agreed to that). The MA comes out and tries to make it seem like it's my fault they made an error? Dr. Ray is fantastic but the office staff is incompetent and rude. When I left she very rudely said "OKAY BYE". They also overcharged me for my copay. I am concerned since so many older people go here how many of them are being overcharged and don't even realize it. All I can say is LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS!

Dr. Ray is amazing with my grandfather who is on his late 80’s he explained everything and also prescribed medication for his ear that helped for his ear problem that three other specialists couldn’t figure out!

Very concerning what takes place here. It might be a billing issue but after reading the reviews, this place might need to be looked at for billing fraud. Like a few other reviews, I went to see Dr. Niki Patel. I waited close to an hour, and then was seen. The appointment took less than 10 mins because another test had to be schedule. I recently received a bill for over $600! There was a Nasal Endoscopy procedure THAT NEVER TOOK PLACE! This is very concerning to me, and maybe it is a mistake, but seeing others have the same issue, is a pattern that needs to be examined.

It has been over a week when I was told a call back from the office manager or the doctor to go over the charges. Nothing has occurred.

UPDATED: I never received a call back and did tell my insurance about the issue. I received a new bill in the mail for $150 and the Nasal Endoscopy was taken off. A part of me did not even want to pay the $150 due to the manner in which I was treated but glad this case is closed. Due to my experience and others have had, I would look for another ENT, or at the every least make sure you go over all the charges BEFORE they take place.

My daughter's pediatric doctor wrote a referral for Valley ENT & I called for an appt.formy daughter has an ear infection & ringing in her ears. The appt.setter & then the the MA both told me the soonest availalbity was in June, 2 months from now! They actually said that with a straigt face / tone, they were snotty & dismissive. People could lose their hearing not to mention the suffering in pain. I was told the "policy" was that having an active ear infection makes no difference in scheduling This is shameful & the group has no business being in the medical field. They act like they are doing the patient a favor instead of serving the medical needs of the community that they get PAID for & earn their living by. The MA wouldn't even give me her name when I asked so I could report this to corporate. A sorry excuse for the medical system these days. Anyone reading this review, best karma you can give them is to take your business elsewhere. God bless.

I had to cancel an appointment for a thyroid nodule biopsy due to my having Covid-19. I asked for a return call to reschedule. I did not receive a call in the next 24 hours so I continued to call and left messages for the MA. I was told the scheduling department could not do this. After 3 messages over a week’s time, I called and spoke with the office manager who told me she could only leave a message for the MA. She had an annoyed tone when I asked for assurance regarding a call back. I had to wait at least 10 minutes on each call for someone to answer. Needless to say, have you heard from them? That is how I have heard from them. It has been three weeks. I am going to a new ENT and have to start the process all over again.
