Valley Keto, Surprise AZ

I got some of their baked good at a art/ craft fair and they were not good. My friend did not enjoy them either. We both have had many keto and gluten free baked goods and the muffins especially where heavy and dense and not moist at all. We will not buy from here again. I should have known when they were not giving samples. I bake at home too and my keto and gluten free baked goods are much better tasting. Lesson learned.

Our favorite burger is the Flying Dutchman with grilled onions. This is a gluten free burger.

I’m sad I just found this place today, and not last year when I moved to surprise. The lady that helped me was very generous, helpful, and had a great attitude. As for the food, so freaking good. I got the key lime cheesecake, you couldn’t even tell it was low carb. This is going to be a new go to spot for me for when I eat out.

Was at Fountain Hills Farmer's Market where I purchased the BEST KETO FOODS EVER! Next visit is their store. Thank You Soooo Much!

Best lasagna and garlic bread ever! Absolutely our new favorite! We also love the lemon scones and the cheesecake. Customer service is always great.

I love this place! I have a sweet tooth, I used to believe there should be dessert with every meal. So I wasn’t sure I’d last long on keto, until I visited Valley Keto and found the best resource imaginable for delicious keto options. They made my Thanksgiving and Xmas meals easy and enjoyable. Love me some Valley Keto. They’re always super friendly and I really enjoy most of what I’ve tried. Keto is very different in that it’s not as sweet as most processed food but it also doesn’t have questionable ingredients that can and will eventually cause disease. The owner and employees that work there seem very well versed in this and have the ability to explain it well based on what I’ve witnessed. As a health coach, I can appreciate that and also appreciate being able to have these treats available for occasional consumption. I wish we had more options like this.

We came across this place as a vendor at two different farmers markets. We ordered quite a bit of items. The lemon scones were ok I wish it had a stronger lemon flavor and the icing was a bit sweeter. The chocolate cupcake dried up quickly and the icing got hard. The cheesecake was absolutely tasty. The favorite item was the walnut brownies. They are just delectable. We are definitely enjoying the products. They don't have have the typical healthy taste. We will continue to keep getting these and trying others. There are tons of options so if getting from the farmers market, get there early to get your choice. The staff at the markets have been super sweet and making suggestions and not pushy which is just another added bonus!

Really not what I expected. There was a lot of Keto breads and baked goods that all looked very dense.
I wish they would have had at least some types of deli foods. Salads, keto pasta, keto pizza.ect. I make my own dense baked goods at home, when I get a taste for that.
Prducts were all very expensive also.

Great shopping experience. We bought three items, one being a two-pack of pumpkin spice cupcakes. Couldn't leave the parking lot without trying one. Omg.wish we had this back in Missouri. An oasis in the desert!
