I was Dr Cheval's patient. He was excellent. Understanding, compassionate willing to listen. I give him my highest recommendation.

I have never had a problem with Dr Cheval or his staff. Everyone has been very professional.
There a clean establishment.

I wish I would have read all of these negative reviews before I made the first appointment. The clinical staff may be wonderful, I will never know, but the office staff and the structure of the communications is without a doubt the worst I have ever experienced. Multiple messages left both by voice and through patient portal, no return until day 4, when at no time was any apology offered. Best advice, find another Dr.and associated office than this one.

Don't judge this place by some of the reviews, my experience was great, i was in terrible pain (kidney stones) they squeezed me in the next day. These are good people.

As I'm new to the area, I just saw Dr. Jonathan Agins for the first time. I found the office with a low vollum of patients, and the staff very friendly. Dr Agins was very attentive and took the time to get to know my history and current issues. Dr Agins even discussed a way for me to save money on prescriptions. Dr. Agins was recommended to me by my (Also new) new family Dr.and I'm glad I listened to her!

LOVE LOVE LOVE DR BEN DONOVAN! GOODYEAR office is closest to me, but I've been seen in all offices over the last 13 years I've had dr Donovan. HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Dr. Lynn Blunt is an excellent urologist. I've been seeing him for a chronic condition for 4-5 yrs and he always listens to me and explains thoroughly his answers to my many questions.

No one will answer the phone and I refuse to make an appointment with them after they hung up on me.

If I can give this place half a star I would! This place very disappointing, and upsetting they had my grandfather going around other locations just to find out the doctor had just left, when they say their open till 5pm!

Love love love Dr McCauley. Shes not the reason I gave 1 star, it's the office staff. They are not friendly and they NEVER answer the phones! I dont even know how I got thru to make my initial appointment. I was calling to confirm my appt since they dont call to confirm but couldnt get thru. Again, Dr McCauley is wonderful, thorough, patient and kind. Cannot say the same about the staff. If you are looking for efficiency from start to finish.this is NOT the place for you.

The staff is horrible. How does that happen? Their policies and office conduct are the direct result of the direction of the physicians. The experiences had with this office are quite frankly, terrible. I would have loved to give zero stars.

Do NOT go here! Dr. Donovan ridiculed my 7 year old. I have never been so disappointed by a Dr in my life. I will be telling our pediatrician and our insurance company how he treated my son, So that other children don't have to be treated the same way.

Dr.was fine but office was not, you can't get through to the office for follow-up because they don't answer the phone truly don't answer the phone. Called several times on 3 days no answer, even pressed #1 like I was a doctor no answer.asked for the number for the corporate office in Goodyear when they called me to reschedule an appointment I already had they didn't provide it. The office I went to is booked for 3 weeks was supposed to see the doctor in 7-10 days sorry we are booked so you have to wait for your results. Truly poor CS

I saw Dr McCauley and she was wonderful. I've only seen her once but I was very impressed with her she was professional yet very caring I've seen four or five urologists in the past two years and for the most part they've seemed uninterested in me and my problems. I hope she's different.seems to be!

Worked with Dr. McCauley. She was great and actually took the time to listen to me and I did not feel rushed at all. Very friendly - although the office seems a little understaffed. Usually I expect to wait on hold for 5 mins before someone picks up the phone. I've been to both offices. No major complaints.

I am very dissatisfied with the service i received from this office.i had outpatient surgery to remove syst from scrotom.came home on a friday, drain tube feel out and stiches feel out also.had to wait till next week to get in touch with anyone.went to app.that thursday.that whole time was a total mess.drainage very bad.had to wear diaper and change three to four times a day.when i finally seen the dr.he looked at i and shook his head.i am disabled man confined to wheelchair.dr.told me he was going to arrange to have nurse come and start doing wound care.didnt arrange an appt.to see me again and no nurse has ever contacted me.didnt get back with me to let me know what was going on.it has been two weeks weeks with me walking around with whole in my scrotom and a draing mess.i am very lucky it hasnt got infected.i cant see the wound so i dont know whats going on there on the wound.i am trying to work with my insurance co.to find a lawyer and another dr.to help me.

I took my mother to her first appointment to establish with Dr Jonathan Agins and was very disappointed with the visit. The visit was literally 2 minutes long and he sent his medical assistant to finish the visit. Unfortunately my mother needs to travel in a wheelchair van and the ride was 30 min late. These are circumstances I had no control over. I called the office to notify the staff what had happened. At that point the office should have rescheduled mom. Dr Agins attitude was condescending. I'm sorry but I've worked with many Physicians and his mannerisms were unacceptable. My mother will not return to that office.

The office will not answer the phone. You can only leave a message. They say in their message they will call back in 48 hours. You're lucky if they do. Isabel the person in charge of prescriptions called me and I answered the phone right away but she somehow got straight to voicemail. I have been trying to get an issue resolved for almost two weeks. Her message is call back. Which means another 48 hours. My advice is find another office to deal with. The doctors are fine but the office staff will not call you back.
