Valley View Medical Center, Fort Mohave AZ

Today my daughter had to go to Valley View E. R.and I have to say, they don’t “they get it done, well! ” From start to finish; they got us registered, triaged, treated and out the door. Everyone and everything appeared to be in good sequence and order. Registration Nicole, friendly and quick, triage nurse (sorry I didn’t get her name, but fast and to the point, and friendly), X-ray technician (sorry I didn’t get her name but very professional and nice to my daughter) nurse Kim friendly and to the point, and Doctor Lock, strictly business but kind to my daughter, and he got moving on our problem instantly. I would describe my daughters overall care today as PRETTY EXCELLENT. Thank you.

The EVS staff was awesome. The hospital is nice and clean i seen a guy wiping down picture frames checking every possible area one can imagine. I was at lake Havasu it was not clean. Would definitely recommend my love ones to go to valley view

We were at the ER 7 hours before seeing the doctor it was a busy, bad weather night, we arrived at 7pm and went home at 3am

I want to thank the entire labor & delivery staff for helping my sister Mandy bring my godson into the world. I want to especially want to thank the nurses for letting my sister Mandy push my godson out naturally while being barefooted. I also want to thank them for letting me be there with my sister Mandy when she pushed out my godson. The nurses also allowed me to encourage my sister Mandy to scream the baby out with every push.

This is my primary doctor. I just miscarried a few weeks ago and wanted to make a check up and gynecologist appointment. They called and told me to make an appointment, since I submitted all the new patient forms already. I called them back today (1/11/23) they said they cannot see me and are not accepting new patients unless they are pregnant smh. Why make me fill out paperwork, turn it in, call me and leave a voice-mail telling me to make an appointment if I can't even be seen?

They are living in a Flintstone Era out here.

You know the Valley View Medical Center does not do anything to help you they refer you out they just give you vague help so it's wrong!
So actually where else are we supposed to go it's ridiculous especially when your doctor has a 2-month wait.
I'm sitting here right now. Waiting for 3 hours now! I was here over 4 weeks ago. I don't know how x-rays can tell you anything. I was referred but all places are a 2 month wait. Came back for the same issue. Now they have me waiting.
UPDATE I LEFT, NO BETTER THAN WHEN I CAME. SHE CAN NOT GIVE ME A DR'S NOTE EVEN THOUGH THIS WAS WHERE I WAS SEEN ORIGINALLY FOR MY ISSUE. WOW!

My ER experience was totally positive, from reception to triage to Kristin Paddyford (FNP-BC). She was personable and thorough. The supportive staff were, without exception, friendly and efficient. Testing and treatment most appropriate and I left feeling much better. I would definitely go back.

Their ER doctors are horrible. They mistreated my mom and the ER doc was very rude to me implying that it was my fault. When I asked to see his supervisor, he said 'I am the ER Director'. Very arrogant and unprofessional.

I was sent from a walk-in clinic, and I feel they don't care to do work for them, so I wasn't treated very well. The one guy was very rude and very, very un professional! I will never go back. The worst service possible. I was in the radiology department. I would have rather not been seen and took my chances.

Unfortunately I ended up here at 1: 30 am on a Saturday morning with a kidney stone. Considering the crowd and the fact that they were understaffed as I found out from the Dr later, I was seen rather quickly and given something right away for the pain. There were no beds available but they made efficient use of the time by getting my blood and a CT scan while I was waiting. The facility was clean and the staff was well trained, calm, polite, efficient. It isn't my first rodeo for these things sadly and my treatment elsewhere has not been any better.
A newer nurse had questionable bedside manners, telling me about her bloody mistakes with needles and the fact that she is new didnt help me any but she was polite and did a good job regardless. The tap water here taste fresh from the river and that was not good when I had to drink a bunch. Other than that I am glad overall that we came here for our little adventure.

I'm writing a review on behalf of my sister Mandy Thoreson because the staff helped her with all of her wishes when she had my first Godson. The nurses let her push my godson out barefooted, they let her bare down and grunt with each push and I finallythey even let her growl like a bear also.

Went to Valley View emergency on June 30th with a earache. The emergency Doctor said that he didn’t see no redness in the air canal, but he said the eardrum was thicken and white. He took two cultures and said they’ll be back in three days. (6 days later and still no answer to the cultures) I asked for anabiotic’s or pain pills and he didn’t want to prescribe anything due to the fact he is waiting for the cultures to come back. The hospital didn’t send the cultures until Monday July 3. I am still in pain and still cannot hear out of my ear. Valleyview medical hospital did NOT do nothing for me. I had to paid out of pocket and got NO answers. Please Don’t Go To ValleyView Hospital They don’t help you out.

I had to take my 7 year old daughter to the hospital last night. Not something any mother wants to do. The staff was amazing from the very beginning! From Amanda helping us to the front to our male nurse (I didn’t catch his name) to Dr Urbina making my daughter laugh and smile and not be scared of being seen by him. To even a nurse Sarita that wasn’t even assigned to my daughter as her patients and giving her stickers and making sure she was okay. The whole staff made sure not only my daughter was comfortable and taken care of but that I was comfortable and taken care of as well. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you all did. Amazing team.

Very rude help this morning 3/ 20 2023 at 6AM Need to retrained this person will not Recommed this place just because of her.

I understand the reviews now. I would never ever send my trash there and I am filing against them. I am so sorry that these people had to experience what they did. It makes me nauseous. My legal complaint may not do anything but I need to get the word out there and hopefully will one day.
