Dealt with a lot fo cooling company's over my years and never found such nice and honsedt people to work with.gave them a 5 star should have been a 10 star

We are very impressed with their professionalism and prompt and courteous service. We had a problem and they were very good at timely helping us and their followup is superb.

We experienced issues with our heating/cooling system and contacted Valleywide Cooling for advice and assistance. A gentleman was on-site to evaluate incredibly quick. His analysis was shared in terms we understood and we requested the correction asap due to our booked travel plans. The very next day we greeted a crew and supervisor at breakfast time. Amazingly, they had the entire replacement system on their truck. They immediately began the retrofit and had made arrangements for a crane truck to remove the old equipment and install the new. This was the mark of professionalism and customer service! The entire retrofit was completed and functioning by early afternoon. We were absolutely impressed with the knowledge and experience of this Team. They kindly explained their actions with a smile and a pleasant attitude. We found the pricing to be very competitive and the service was priceless! Valleywide Cooling has earned the Number One position on our speed dial should we need professional service.

These folks have 5 stars for a reason. Called at 8 am and had Derrick out at my house by 10. AC unit upstairs had stopped working and I needed a fix fast. The news wasn't great, as the unit is 18 years old, but Derrick was able to get it running so a bigger decision could be made. He took the time to explain my options and realistically what those options could provide for me. We came to a decision and he executed the cleaning and fix right away. Our AC broke last week and Valley wide Cooling sent someone to take care of it the same day. The technician was knowledgeable and fixed it right away.

I had a unit go down. Since I have two I could survive in 115 degree heat without it being an emergency. Still Margaret was able to schedule Jose to come out quickly. After his evaluation we decided that the unit was too old to fix. Margaret scheduled Jimmy to come out the next day and we came to an agreement for a new unit. That was on Tuesday afternoon. He scheduled the replacement for Friday afternoon. Parts, installer and crane showed up on time. I am very happy with the price and service and will use Valleywide Cooling again.

Jimmy repaired my heat pump and was very knowledgeable and informative. I would recommend Valleywide to anyone.
