Love this place! I work nights and I can stop in and wash clothes 24 hours a day. I am often there around 2 am or so and NEVER feel unsafe. Nice clean place! Great machines.

Friendly staff, I like the washers and dryers fit for all your needs, not to mention that they use coins and conviently open 24/7

First machine I tried didn’t take quarters. The next one I tried, I put in all the quarters and soap. Once I closed the door to start it, it told me to pay again as if I didn’t pay at all. I told the lady working that it ate my quarters and she was no help at all. She told me the manager would say the same thing that they couldn’t do anything about it. First time washing here and it was a bad experience. Also no one is wearing masks here except for one person. Not even the lady working is wearing a mask.

It disturbs me that this place did not enforce the mandatory must wear a mask other than that I had a bad experience with people not wearing a mask

I have been going here now regularly during the night hours because it's cooler then and also all machines are half the price after midnight til 8am.

Found this place by accident and I love it. Very clean, and half price during the week. They sell soda, and snacks.
Staff is very friendly. I hate going to the laundromat, but this place makes it a little easier!

Open air.in Phoenix Arizona.in the summer. Also, they boast an 8 minute dryer increment of 25 cents. Too bad it took 4 rounds of 25 cents or 1$ and my clothes were still damp.

I had a bad review of this place until the last couple of trips. Yes they did get new machine and I haven't had a problem since.

Safe, clean, 24 hours, bring cash or change because machines take coins. Machines work well and clean longer than expected (15 minutes is about 23 minutes long). They don't to you if on the tiger like many other laundry mats. Midnight-8am 80lb loads are only $4!

Open garage doors along the entire length of the building means no climate control and exposure to the extreme heat. The only bathroom was locked so there wasn't even a way to rinse my hands when I got soap on them.

This public laundry is about as expensive as the rest. But the thing about this place is that they have many different sizes of washing machines, so you can spend as much, or as little, as you want. They also sell all the detergents and fabric softeners you might need right there at the laundromat. The dryers cost ¢. 50, but many of them are broken, so you may have to wait a few minutes.

First laundry mat the machines worked and never eat my money. Brand new machines quite. House next door is a blight on the neighborhood which might scare some people.

***Update
This has become my regular laundry spot. I mainly wash late at night and there are great specials during those hours such as 80lbs laundry for $4. Washes my clothes great.

2 issues though which have been annoying AF

1. I save money with the specials but spend as much as I would without them due to the problems dryers. You never know which one will work right. I end up having to re-dry over and over. Some of them the door just pops open while drying others just don’t get hot at all. Fixing this issue would be major and save customers money and time. This issue has become worse and has me considering a new laundry all together.

2. There’s an attendant at night but the floors somehow are missed and when I accidentally drop my clean clothes on the floor I pick them up and they are dirty. This is annoying. The floor is usually more dirty than clean most times I’m there.

Fix these issues and this place would be great.

So the biggest plus of this laundry mat is the 24 hours including holidays as well. It’s not super huge but I love the fact that they have floor to ceiling windows throughout.

This place is also pretty accessible for wheelchairs another plus for those who get around on wheels or are disabled. Some of the dryers are usually broken down but for the most part are labeled. There’s an attendant and a little shop that’s open during reg hours to get snacks and laundry related items.

The prices for the washers are pretty fair. It’s not the dirtiest nor are the machines the oldest I’ve seen, but it also isn’t the cleanest. Just keeping it real.a few arcade games, 4 TVs, seats, nice amount of laundry carts, space to fold.

Decent wash specials between 8-4pm M-F and midnight - 8am

This is my second time here it’s decent I feel comfy washing my clothes here.

8 mins on a quarter and driers are barely functional (won’t dry your clothes). The whole left side that I came on were mostly broken (missing doors or won’t close). So maybe on the right side you’d have better luck? Didn’t try the washers, so can’t answer on that. Needs major improvements. Like there needs to be a laundromat that people will want to go to that’s better then their house.

Example:
1.one that has wash/ driers that accept phone payment instead of the lame cards and coins.
2. Real food/ coffee/ beer/ solid WiFi/ nice places to sit and play with tablets/ do work.
3. A chill atmosphere that’s not impoverished, like outside seating and games and actual employees.

Haven’t found that in Phoenix yet. There’s a great one in Portland, Oregon called “spin”. Check it out! Sets the standard! Washing clothes can be really fun I promise.

Place is unkept and many machines are broken. You need to bring your own toilet paper and still aren't guaranteed bathroom access.

First time I came here it was real clean I had no problems the second time last night was dirty ALOT of the washers & dryers were out of order. Oh and the reason I'm giving two stars is because there's no toilet paper or soap and yes there's a sign that says no toilet paper I understand it maybe reasons behind it and I guess if I come back I'll bring My own next time My 3 year old needed the restroom & I wasn't aware of the fact that u dont provide toilet paper i gotta say I was very unhappy with my experience last night.

(Beware, it's a long one)
I don't live far from here so I have driven by almost every day for the past year or so. To be completely honest I used to think there was no way I would ever far this laundromat because at first glance it seems pretty run down and is not in a good area, my husband thought it was closed, until I was situation that left me no other choice, and I'm so very thankful that it happened.
My first visit fell on a Friday morning, after not having access to wash anything since my personal machine died about 2weeks prior. My husband, our almost 3 year old son and myself were all out of basically everything, with no clean towels either. The second I walked in I know I looked slightly confused and intimidated, seeing as I am almost 30 and have never been to a laundromat and EVERYONE looked like they knew where things were and had a system down already. Within a minute or so of walking in I was approached by a gentleman who explained where everything was, the normal prices and the specials they run, and then he even made a suggestion of what machines he would recommend for the things I had. Come to find out that this was one of the two owners who both happened to be there replacing some of the machines. A little later the other owner struck up a conversation and made a recommendation for the dryers. Both were so friendly and helpful, even though they were very busy getting the old machines out, the area cleaned up, and new machines in. Just outstanding customer service, and they run such great specials almost every day. I spent less than $12 for 6-7 loads of laundry!
