They over tighten the drain plugs. Took me over 20 minutes just to get mine loose when I wanted to do the next change on my car.

The service was awesome! This is perfect for people that have a family, especially children. Mechanic waiting rooms are the worst. I dread every service visit for that specific reason. And this eliminates that. We took our 5 year old with us and we just waited in the car. You can see the service happening. You don’t have to keep going up looking through a window or going outside to check if they started on your car yet, or asking to speak with someone about how much longer it’s going to take.

Another visit to Valvoline today, there was a line, was still in and out in less than 20 minutes, never had to leave my vehicle, techs could not have been more friendly or professional, I will return.

They spilled transmission fluid all over my engine and made it smoke and they tried to remove it but that did not work they also left a big greasy hand print on my hood and fender and he was the boss. Valvoline In Loveland CO our hometown is awesome though

Came in for a routine oil change. And they started checking things with my car…taking plates off the bottom etc. As I leave the lot I hear an awful scraping sound. Turns out they didn’t reattach a plate fully on the bottom of my car and it ruined the entire plate. Now instead of refunding me for the oil change since this was a total inconvenience they sent me a coupon in the mail for a free oil change as if I would ever go back to this establishment for anything to do with car repair

Went for an oil change. Was moving to Colorado the next day. Was delayed because the tech broke my gasket. Oil everywhere when I woke up the next day. Went back. Brandon the manager told me he fixed it. Was a complete lie! Now here I am 2 weeks. My carhas a check engine light on and no help from them. I am in a new state, single mom with a new job, no car and no help from them at all! Zack says they'll reimburse once it's proven to be their fault. If there were 0 stars it's exactly what I'd offer.

They broke my dipstick and still haven't replaced it two years later when I keep asking for it

This place was terrible. They look at you like they are judging you through the eyes of an oil change tech. "Sir, you need a new air filter. " When I said no, I'll get it next time. You would have thought I confessed to the worst crime of the century, I wasn't up on my oil change educate. So I didn't know they were a drive thru. My dad went inside the little lobby to stay warm, and the manager stared at him like a mall cop watching teenagers. It just made what could have been a decent priced oil change way too weird. If you're a dude by yourself with cash to put down on all their suggestions, this place is for you. If you are from interracial family and just want the Damm oil change. RUN AWAY!

I went for an oil change and I thought everything was fine until when I went to go get my next one and was told that my oil pan drain plug was cross threaded and that I needed to replace it. Very disappointing.

I’ve gone to the Surprise location for a few months now, and off and on in Goodyear area as well. This location has the worst customer service, Mr. T couldn’t send me a coupon for my oil change since it was the last day of the month? Never have I had a customer associate deny me a coupon on my oil change. In Surprise they won’t allow you to pay unless they’ve offered to send you a coupon on text or email! If you guys can’t teach these young men to help out struggling families or just anyone in these times maybe you guys deserve lower ratings. I wanted to get my transmission oil done as well but after that interaction I definitely won’t be going with this company for any other services.

Awesome service. Staff is very knowledgeable about what each car should have regarding oil. Good quality inspection on air filters. Did not try to upsale unneeded parts. Get some locations in Tucson soon.

I went and got an oil change a month ago and I haven’t been driver my crazy like that I would just make small trips well the last past weeks I been smelling an oil burning smell. And when I back out of my parking spot I saw a big oil spot on the ground. I didn’t think nothing of it. Until I was driving one day and every time I turned my oil light would come on and then turn off. I was so confused what was going on I just had got my oil changed not to long ago so it shouldn’t be time to get a new oil change. I took my car to meineke to get it looked at and they said there was an oil leak from the oil filter. And the last place I went to get anything done to my car was vavvoline. So I had to come out my pocket to get the leak repairs due to them not putting the oil filter in correctly. And I been driving around spilling oil about to mess my car up for good just for that one mistake.

Don’t come here to get your batteries exchanged. I initially was going to get my oil changed only. However, they told me my old battery should be replaced, so I paid $150+ to get that changed out. While my radio was reset, the battery light is still on 24 hours later. I drove back to get it checked, it shows it was in good condition. All they can say is that “there’s nothing I/We could do”. If anything it’s a $150 lesson to avoid Valvoline in the future.

Service here is great. Staff is very friendly as well. The line was very long on the day I went so guessing it's a popular place.
