They checked my AC filter which is behind the glove box.apparently that's a thing.

Holy customer service! I called early in the day to ask a question and when I arrived a few hours later they knew exactly who I was from my question. Works super quick, VERY friendly. Great staff.

The staff here kills it! I'll never go anywhere else. Well, unless I move. But even then, this by far exceeded my expectations.

These guys rock. Very thorough with the explanation of what they're doing. When they start working on your car they set a 15 minute timer and they finished before the 15 minutes is up. You stay in your car and of course the engine isn't running so I can imagine in the summer it might be hot.

I absolutely love coming here first off they only offer valvoline oil and filters they are friendly and professional feels like your in a Nascar pits top run by the military because they are communicating there checks and safety measures to each other in a way that you know your getting high quality care for your vehicle.

Friendly people and fast at what they do. So fast that they put 6 quarts of TRANSMISSION FLUID into my engine! They apologized, drained it, flushed a quart of oil through it and refilled it with the oil I specified. The gentleman insisted I use 20W oil although my owner's manual states to use 5W-30 and I've been using that since it was new. I would appreciate a complementary oil change to get the rest of the tranny fluid out of my engine for you all are about extending engine life and not destroying it. I will then change this to 5 stars because this place is kind of cool and I've used you all before and would like to continue.
