My service advise was John. He did an exceptional job of keeping me informed through the entire service process. My first time working with him. I have used Manny for several years. John kept the same great level of service that I experienced prior.
What a joke. Set up appointment to see a Denali, drive 45 minutes to get there and they sold it just as I'm walking in. You can not do business like this. Then they try to sell me something I do not want. Have me wait for nothing. Van needs to be honest with customers. In my opinion this is very dishonest way to treat customers. Save yourself a waste of time go somewhere else. VERY DISHONEST!

After a week of shopping for a new vehicle, we came upon Van Chevrolet's online inventory and found a vehicle to our liking. We fortunately found Carlos M, who helped us get approved for a new vehicle. He was very helpful and through, throughout the whole process. We had a few issues, which he quickly resolved. I will say that my customer service agent Rick was pretty awesome. He was timely and communicative. The only issue I have here is that my battery was dead, and I brought my own battery for them to put in, and I was charge 50 bucks for that simple task. I didn't feel as if it was necessary to be charged that.

Parts department went out of their way to help me locate an electrical connector. This particular connector doesn’t show up in the database as a part that fits my truck but they were able to locate it and help me verify that it does indeed fit.
Wow, it was really wow. I had a scheduled service for recall on my GMC Terrain. Went there and my car was out of my hands for servicing within 5 mins. That's it. That was super duper fast. Till date never seen such a fast service.
They use high pressure, strong arm tactics to force you into buying a vehicle. They don't know how to TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER! Bad customer service, nobody smiles. It's like they all are suffering from PMS, especially males. If we were allowed, I wouldn't give them any stars!
