Stay away, Worst dealership, they should not even a dealership. Dropped running truck only had some problem in gear shifting on automatic transmission, and day we picked truck it won't even start, had to order tow truck to load truck on our low pro trailer and they didn't even helped. It took them 1 week to diagnose what problem with truck and they couldn't even figure out and made bill of USD 2000 to diagnose and making truck running to stopped running and they were asking further USD 14000 more to fix truck and they open every single wire from inside and left everything open.stay away from them stay away. BIG RED FLAG.

The customer service at this shop deserves special mention. Manager Dave was really nice. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs.
The team of mechanics demonstrated an impressive level of expertise and knowledge. They swiftly diagnosed the issue with my truck and explained the required repairs in a way that was easy to understand. There were no surprises or overcharges like some other dealers. Highly recommend this shop.

Had an air to air coupling blow NB I17, came in and they had me back and moving fast. Fast service is awesome but hospitable, friendly service is just as important. My service advisor was David Orner and he gets an A+ for his communication, and understanding what downtime costs drivers. I would hate for anyone to breakdown but if you do I hope it’s near here or if you’re lucky enough to get a place as good as this one!

This place is new and more so an emergency facility. Dave was pretty cool. I called and stopped by to see if my new truck was throwing any codes. He was honest and straight forward, didn't try to finesse me with unnecessary repairs.

Hello this service is the worst I have ever met in my life even if you have a guarantee for your truck they will still rip you off for money this place and this staff is not very good treatment just awful I do not advise anyone to go there

I needed a air to air hose, I told them I couldn't make it by 5pm. They said no problem, they would leave it for me to pick up whenever I got there. It was waiting for me when I got there. Thanks you guys.

(Moonstar Express) We had 5 mph SCR fault. Our driver stopped by there. Gentleman check the computer fault at parking lot without putting us in shop and realized battery cables were loose and fixed the problem in 30 min. They let us go without charge. It was small problem but still made us happy. This place is one of Volvo dealer in USA who made us happy, thanks

I lost the faith on dealers but Vanguard Truck make me feel important. They do pro drivers and go above and beyond to help them, not like other dealers who skinned drivers alive. Vanguard you got a permanent customer. Thanks for helping
