5My favorite vans store to shop at. Just went right after Christmas. Although there was two call outs and the ladies working there were so busy running around. They sure delivered full customer service with smiles on their faces. Super nice and helpful. Never a problem with this store. The vans at Tucson mall on the other hand. The girls there don’t know how to handle a busy crowd. Rude and unhelpful. I will continue to shop at the one in park place mall. Wish I got the girls name that helped me. They were wonderful.

Azul, the customer service guy, was amazing. Knew his stuff and helped us with everything. Went home with a perfect pair of new shoes.

These guys really wanted to help and give their input at the store, which was nice but also got a little repetitive. I just wanted to take out time and shop but with all the people waiting because of distancing, I get it. Overall it was a good experience with good customer service
