A teller named gazelle or something like that took forever this morning looking up my account. Never before had someone had that much of a problem looking up my account so I could pay bill. Maybe she is new, but I ended up being late for work. It took about half an hour and no one in front of me, and no apology that’s why I’m giving them 1 star for the bad service.

Don't waste your time with them had appointment today but they wanted a bill with address on it to get account but failed to tell me that when I made appointment they wasted my time and gas money will never use them again I had a account for over 10 years in the past but has gone down hill with there services will now go to pima federal credit union a much better credit union go there instead was a member when they were DM federal credit union before name change never will I use them and will tell everyone I know not to waste their time they lost out on a $280.000 dollar deposit today from my lawsuit

Oscar, one of the bank tellers, was extremely unpleasant. I usually don't use this location, but was on this side of town getting some work done on my car. When I reached the counter, I requested some information regarding my account and provided my ID. Even though I have been a member of Vantage West Credit Union for years, he acted suspicious. Unsure why this happened as I had all of the necessary documentation to prove who I was and he was able to access my account without any issues. I understand that bank tellers need to be careful regarding fraudulent transactions, but the way he was acting was way over the top. I won't be returning to this location. The entire experience made me feel uncomfortable and creeped out. Please take my advice and go to the location on Speedway and Wilmot. The staff at that branch are extremely helpful and professional.

Today I called Vantage West up to try to get a question answered on a loan I waited 20 minutes on hold then it represented got on there in exactly 6 she hung up on me during middle conversation. I tried to call back and it said the phone services are now closed. This is absolute BS, do not do business with this bank.

They put my direct deposit into someone elses account and then when I asked them to refund the NSF fees they said I filled out the form wrong. I pulled up the email i sent them with the form and asked the lady what was wrong with it.she lied to my face! I was looking at the form and she lied right to me about what was on it.
I never got my 105$ back.

After all the years of service and money I've put through this bank, it's disheartening to finally wake up to the fact that their customer service really sucks, they're uncaring, and there are many other credit unions out there with better interest rates and overall interest in their members.

I work several jobs. I tried paying my credit card bill for the month. I am always on time with my payments. The server was down. The automated call bank was down. I had no time to call them because they close at 5pm. They charged me an exorbitant late fee even though I have excellent credit. I called them and spent an hour I did not have transferring me from one moron to another.

I asked to speak to a supervisor. After prolonged waits and cringy elevator Muzak, they urged me to leave a message to the supervisor cause she was on another call. I left a message. No call after several hours. I called back to the "customer service" desk. They receptionist reassured me the supervisor would call before the end of the day.

I called back the next day. I politely explained my situation again to several agents. After a long battle, a supervisor finally spoke with me. I explained my situation. He was an unreasonable jackass. I promised him if he did not help me and waive the paltry late fee, I would take all my money out of their credit union. "I'm sorry you feel that way. " That's all the supervisor said.

Immediately, I called another credit union and set up an account. I transferred all my money and did a balance transfer. Maybe it was a blessing in disguise. I was approved for a higher line of credit at my new credit union, have a beautifully low interest rate, and the people were COMPASSIONATE and cared about my concerns.

I'm digressing, but the CEO of this credit union is a real pathetic joke. He's a badly dressed Hispanic guy who's trying to pass as a professional. He wears a GOP elephant on his lapel without an American flag. That's just weird. Who does that? Never heard of someone just wearing a party symbol on their lapel without the American flag. Weirdo. Crinkly and cringe-worthily ostentatious. Ugh.

This credit union sucks! Find another credit union with better aplomb, spark, and ingenuity. There are several military ones which are indispensable diamonds, if you qualify. If not, there are still way better options than Vantage West. Consider all your options!

Complained several times to management about the rude employee at the "Customer Service" desk near the door. He is degrading and abrasive over the simplest tasks every time I come in; even when I state that I dont want to work with him, he degrades me while I walk away. Instead of removing him, VW promoted him to cash clerk; so now if I want to do anything with my account I have to pray he isnt working that day. Its ridiculous!
