Vascular Institute reviews
14Great People.the entire Staff were helpful and answered all my questions and concerns. The Dr.did a great job and he was very pleasant and professional. They all were amazing!
My insurance was running out and they got me scheduled right away just days before it ran out. The nurse was the best nurse I had ever had. She was sweet and kind and took the time to make sure I was comfortable. The doctor came in to talk to me and asked if I had any questions before hand. Procedure went smoothly and it’s been 3 days since and I am recovering perfectly. Thank you all.
The staff is helpful and friendly. Dr Kevin is so informative, kind, and honest, that I was confident in my decision to come to the office.
First time ever a Dr.spent time with me and explaining every detail.
His staff was very friendly. My first time felt very warm and welcoming.
While I was here I had the best nurse, Kelly. She was so concerned and helpful. The doctor did a great job.
They did the treatment on both of my knees and I thank God and the doctors here because I have returned to live again, I still have some minor pain, but I rested from so many strong painkillers that I had to take to be able to relieve myself from so much pain. Today I can go down the stairs and walk around the house, I hope to continue improving and be able to have a better quality of life, it has only been a month since the procedure on the second knee and two months since the first. Thanks to all the people who work there for their attention and for the love and care they put into the work that each one does. Receive all the blessings of God in your work and personal life. MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL.
It's been over 4 months since my procedure. The pain is still unbearable and I'm worse off then when I started the process. The pain is constant and I need the assistance of a walker or wheel chair to get around. I was able to walk and only had minor arthritis pain prior to this process. The staff is friendly however I feel like I have been pushed away since there is nothing they can do for me now that the process didn't work and made me worse. I have been back for follow appointments and knowing my issue the Dr did not have the decency to make an appearance or provide any other options. My Quality of life is gone and all I can do is pray an Orthopedic Dr can fix this HUGE MISTAKE.
From start to finish I was completely satisfied with my visit and the experience. The staff and the doctors were very kind and gave me the upmost care with their kindness, knowledge, professionalism and respect. I am very grateful and thankful for the opportunity and care that I received. Bless you all!
Everyone was awesome. Knee was sore afterwards but after a week I could feel a difference. Getting better everyday.
These folks sincerely care about their patients health and comfort. The follow up Care they provide is top shelf.
This was by far the most thorough doctors visit I have ever experienced. And the staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I received text messages and up to date information prior to my visit. It was a very pleasant and easy experience.
After the procedure and I got home, I noticed some swelling and increased pain. I had placed ice packs on the knee several times. I couldn't put any weight on my knee at all and hobbled to bed bed about 730 pm. I finally got comfortable and fell asleep. This morning most of the pain has subsided and there is some mottling on one side, but at least I can walk
I think I am making progress
I had my initial procedure yesterday 30 August 2023 and it was painless and the staff were fantastic. My only issue was getting my prescription sent to the correct pharmacy on time. Pain to the site or to the knee has been almost none. Looking forward to getting the second knee done.
I had my second knee done. Thank you Dr Hunter and most of your staff. I see you have new personnel and I do have a concern.
When I was being prepared for the procedure a young man was being instructed by a female in scrubs and gowned up. I was needlessly exposed when she told him to pull my gown up and no concern for privacy. This was very uncomfortable to me until she dropped a folded towel for cover. By then everyone had a Birds Eye view. I’m not the type to be exposing my self in public let alone in a doctors office. There has always got to have some dignity to each individual under your care. Please address this with your staff. Otherwise the rest were superb. Thank you
I had a great experience, great consultation and the procedure team was great. Just had my procedure done so hopefully this will help with my knee pain and if so, my other knee will be next. Oct 7th - It's now 5 months since my right knee was done and I had my left knee done yesterday. My right knee is 100% pain free now for months and I walked out pain free yesterday in my left knee as well. I'm so happy that I've had this done. I've told my Rheumatologist about it to let other patients know where gel injections and cortisone no longer help them as this might. Dr. Hunter was great and even did a little dance for me.
