VCA El Mirage Animal Hospital, Surprise AZ

The staff showed professionalism and compassion when my family dog past away. They took the time to make sure everything was taken care of. And even sent a condolence card. Definitely would recommend them.

I recently adopted an elderly cat. From the recommendation of the Arizona Humane Society, I went to the VCA El mirage Animal Hospital. Dr Rogers is now my new vet. I am very pleased with her professionalism thoughtfulness care experience and skills. The whole staff from the representatives answering the phone the doctors to the lovely reps who come out and get the animals from the car, #covid19. Thank you so much for doing an outstanding job. I will be sending referrals.

I had to put my dog to rest, they checked her out before anything to make sure we were making the right choice, they were very caring and loving towards my dog and I before we put her to rest. It sucked but they did what needed, doing it with love and compassion to make it as easy on her and I. We love and miss lucy, but with the doctors help we all knew it was the right thing to do! I took my other cat when she was alive to this place in Tempe and they were amazing. Since my friend had a bad experience with our newly adopted kitten i will NEVER take any other animals to white tank mountain vet hospital.

I looked up other hospital's and this one came up. I was happy and booked an appointment right away. Even with Covid-19 it was still a great experience. The vet doctor was very helpful and amazing. They really care about your animals. Friendly staff. If you go on the site they have a coupon for your first visit.they are expensive but SO WORTH the money. The doctor told me everything that is wrong with my cat. Also suggested a monthly plan program to help with the costs. Thank you VCA you are the best.look forward to future visits <3

I brought my 12-year-old dog to VCA El Mirage because he was suffering from prostate cancer and was in so much pain that I knew it was time to end it and release him from his suffering. Everyone, and I do mean everyone, that I met at VCA was incredibly understanding and highly professional. They took amazing care of my boy and made sure that he did not suffer. And they made one of the hardest things I've ever had to do in my life as simple and as painless as possible for me, too. I cannot recommend VCA El Mirage enough. Thank you guys.

I'm very picky where I bring my animals this would be my 2nd choice other than the vet that I see now these people are very good and very Good at what they do lady the front desk was a little grumpy but that's OK we all my bed days

Best veterinary clinic in the valley. They truly care about the animals and help their people understand what the animals are going through.

Staff great, vet thorough and gentle. Cat had steroid shot which was expensive, $45, and estimated to control vomiting for only one day.

They tried to charge me $809.43 to nueter my 7 year old pit bull YES THAT NUMBER IS CORRECT and the reason they gave me for the price was because he is a senior dog and needs blood work WHAT A SHAME AND A SCAM THIS PLACE IS i talked to multiple vets and the blood work is no more then $100.00

Been taking Buster here for at least 6 years. Dr Waltman is definitely the best! Staff very friendly and helpful. We will most definitely keep on going to see vet here.

Excellent care for my 10 plus year old shih tsu that has liver problem. He doesnt even get nervous when i take him in or while he is there.

I would never wish to take my ill pets anywhere else, I've taken countless kittens, grown cats, and dogs here who were all ill and in need of help and they've all been treated very properly, Dr Honikal and Dr Owens are amazing at what they do, they are both kind and they empathize but do not sympathize.they give clear instructions for how to care for your pet and they both really do care.

They take good care of are cats and they explain to you so you understand I will always take my cats there

Dr. Honikel treats you and your pet like family. Everyone at this office does and they are very friendly. They make you and your pet feel welcomed and havent had any bad experiences coming here. All procedures are quickly and efficient as well as pricing isnt an issue since they work with you and what you need. They also schedule appointments very quickly and get your let in and out in no time what so ever:) Recommend this place to others for sure
