7 Horrible experience!
Brand new unit and have had them out now 7 time in less than a year.
Initially they installed the unit and I have a multizone system, and they never installed the dampers. The temperatures wouldn’t work right found out the guy who put them in never wired them. Then they come out again and found out the units on the wall we’re not right wired correctly. Had a home inspector come out and test the airflow at 75°. The Living Room registered 82° back Bedroom register 70. Office which is set 81° blows out 71° and is freezing last night checked 81° is not air-conditioning. Also noticed when they installed the dampers they tore all my insulation from the tubing never repaired it so for the past year, I’ve been leaking AC into my attic. Left my drip pan covered in insulation, so I got clogged. I still constantly have insulation blowing throughout the house.
With all this, I just get told that it’s running normal. There’s nothing they can do…
If there was zero (0) star I would have given it. My house is brand new, not even been there up to a year and a tech has come out atleadt 7 times due to AC/HEAT issues. Last winter they came out 3 times because the HVAC unit wasn't working. Come summer, they came out four (4) times, and as of now, the issue hasn't been fixed. Its an off and on situation. Been out currently 4 days in a role. Tech came out 4 days ago and diagnosed a bad air handler cable issue, thats why the capacitor wasn't working.whatever he did, it worked partially for just about a day, than broke again. Another tech came out and worked 6 hours straight and said that Unit main issue was a leak and condenser issue. And that he will let his manager know to order the parts for it. I have a wife that is 9 months pregnant, a little niece (turned daughter) that is 1.5 years old, a mother-in-law that has asthma and other medical issues, and an AC unit that's been out for 4 days with an average daily temperature of 100 degrees. It's been two days and Velox manager (Ricardo) can't answer my calls, can't respond to my texts. At this point, I don't know what to do.
But I am definitely considering suing This company if something isn't done asap.i can see that 90% of reviewers are having similar issue. We could join and file a class action lawsuit against this company. THIS HAS TO STOP. ANYONE INTERESTED LET ME KNOW!
This company is absolutely horrible! My units are brand new, installed by Velox Air Inc, and they haven't worked properly since before I moved into my home. It's brand new. The home and the units! Nothing but problems in record heat, and they don't seem to care. Today's call/visit will make 12 times they've had to come to my house in less than 2 months. RIDICULOUS! I hope they get it right soon or I'll be reaching out to the BBB and whatever other sources I can to make sure that this is fixed! The right way!
This company is owned by one of the most dedicated people I ever had the pleasure of speaking to. You can tell they love their company, and their customers. Can't go wrong here!
Had problems with a smart thermostat that was not working. The two guys who installed it didnt know much about the set up. I reached out to Cesar Carbajal, and he showed up at my doorstep to fix it two hrs later.:)
Pathetic service ever, they don’t show up on the appointments days (multiple times). The work is pending for months, have been calling them since months to fix the HVAC system and now the heater (yes does not even work and its already freezing in the morning hours), they just don’t show up. They have their service contract with Lennox HVAC, which even sucks further!
This company has not returned our calls my insurance company is replacing thd unit improperly installed and we will file a complaint with the registrar's of contractor's
