A great amount of patience was shown today from Jeremy setting up a new phone with a client that didn’t know his Apple ID. This location was able to provide me an answer to why my phone from 2019 still was not paid off.

I have to say everytime I went to the location of Verizon all the reps have attentive and tell you sorry for the wait and you are next when we are done with the customer
They are knowledgeable, patient, and kind and helpful and the manager which I have dealt with explains and cares about customer satisfaction for the best of their interest
I would say they are probably more than likely your best customer satisfaction

I achieved what I went for, but seriously, every time I’m there it is a very long wait. Not just this store. There needs to be more employees to help people.

Buyer beware! We have only had our account for a couple months (we were on my daughter's account before) when my husband's phone was showing a weird screen. He took it here and they commenced to have him walk out, not with a repaired phone, but a new phone, new samsung watch, new contract, and a bunch of lies. We are Stuck with the contract for 3 years at a much higher price. They wouldn't take the stuff back.
Even though we brought it back the next day.

Went in earlier and made and appointment for 6 waited in the lobby for 1 hour 2 employees helping customers and the other employees we just hanging out in the back not helping I don’t understand what’s the point of making an appointment if the staff that is obviously not busy won’t even help you and people wonder why people get upset when they get this type of customer service

I was there when the store opened. Within a short time there were four or five people waiting. Bri was doing the best she could to take care of people. There needs to be more representatives there in the store with so much square foot space. She didn’t rush anyone or make them feel hurried. Then Arianna came and continued excellent service. Ari did an excellent job helping me secure my new account at Verizon as well as transporting all my information to my new phone.

Waited my turn for 25 minutes.
Sales person clearly was more interested in closing time than helping me.
Wanted to know if I had a quick question.
I was actually there needing help to purchase hotspot.
Left empty handed.
Will buy on line.
He was the face of the store.
2 stars is generous.

First off the young kid is unprofessional, he didn’t greet myself or the woman that came in. Next when I asked what the sales tax was he stated he didn’t know I could really help me with a price. Then when I asked why stated people out here don’t worry about taxes or their money, but if you can’t pay for it that’s okay…. Went and bout it in full at Apple don’t waste your time, go to another store note for the dumb employee hired I’m sorry but if you work in a city you better know your tax rate, especially if you’re in sells… I’d honestly give this store 0 stars if I could

I called to ask about the rental of a satellite phone. The gentleman I was speaking with couldn't answer all the questions and put me on hold. After being on hold for a few minutes somebody else picked up (I thought the person I originally spoke with found someone to answer my questions) the phone and when I told them why I was calling (rent a SAT phone) they said they really work on the cellular side but they could help me (question, why did this person pick up the phone - what happened to the guy I originally spoke with, who was supposedly looking up prices for the rental cost), but she needed to access my Verizon account. I gave her my phone number and within less than a minute I received a text and selected OK - but she said she couldn't access my account (not sure and asked more than once what my Verizon account had to do with me renting a SAT phone. Anyway, at that point I asked to speak with a manager. She said she'd get one and then put me on hold about 6-7 minutes later I hung up. Unbelievable very poor customer service. One last thing, everywhere I call, the people on the other end know what number I'm calling from, not to mention I gave the second person my number so she could send me a text and access my account. My point is, your representatives have my number, they know why I called, and they know I hung up because I was tired of waiting. You'd think that with my number in hand and info on why I was calling, someone would take the initiative to call, apologize and provide the requested info. But no, that's not happened. So much for great Verizon service.

This retail (not corporate) store is only interested in sales. No customer support after the sale.
Literally was left sitting there while the sales girl went to pick up her kid for school, (or daycare)
Was there last day of month and they couldn't tell me what would be next months pricing (specials). Very confusing pricing, felt like I was talking to a car salesman. A rude one at that.
Take the extra time to go to Tucson and deal with a corporate store

TL DR - Not impressed with staff and how they conducted business as a phone retailer.

I went into the store to receive 2 phones that were ordered. Had to wait in the lobby for over an hour just to find out the system had an error and only 1 phone had arrived. The staff gave me the store phone number to call them the next day to verify both phones arrived. The phone number given, listed publicly here, does not in fact call the store directly, but routes you to a call center. Every time I called they said no one in the store will accept the transfer.
I went back into the store the next day regarding my phones. Once again, had to wait roughly 50-60 minutes. One of the two clerks had already recognized me from the previous day. Told me they had to wait a duration of time to open the safe for me. (I get the idea of security but why not briefly take the time to start the process, you know, multi-tasking?) Once the clerk said the safe was open and could retrieve my phones, she took my old phone to the back and promptly disconnected the 2 lines. Didn't ask for consent or even give me a verbal notice that she would do so. The clerk returned from the back area roughly 20 minutes later to say she has started the wireless transfer of my data and it would be another40-60 minutes. Again, no heads up. I could have at least either paid for the 2 new phones and done the data transfers myself at home if presented a choice. Or gone home to inform my wife why she lost all cellular service and couldn't call me or anyone else.
After sitting in the building for over 2 hours, I finally got to pay for the 2 phones and left. Yes, this review is a bit of a personal narrative. However I must repeat what I said in the beginning, I am not impressed with the staff and how they handled the transactions and their lack of communication to the customer during the process.

Was a friendly visit for our needs since sprint has jumped ship and we now have t mobile as our carrier the young lady who helped us was super nice

Felt cheated. We went in for the free iPhone they were advertising (i10, I believe). Received an SE6. Then, they did not use my device dollars to cover the extra cost of the "free phone. "

In the years of having purchased phones from this store, I have NEVER had anyone pick up the phone. Recently we purchased 3 iPhones and an unexperienced employee didn’t hand me but two slips of paper when I usually get my envelopes for my purchase. TERRIBLE service.
