Verizon, Bullhead City AZ

Drew was extremely professional, transparent, and helpful during the very quick process it took to my upgrade my iphone 8 to an iphone 13. I would recommend him for anyone looking to buy or upgrade their phone.

I visited the Bullhead City store in the beginning of year with a broken phone. Right away I was greeted by Drew with a smiling face. Drew was able to get me the best deal for iphone 15 ProMax and walked me through how to retrieve all my information before I left the store. I was able to follow up with him on any questions i had afterwards as well.

I was having issues with charging my galaxy 23FE so I stopped in for support. Ryan not only discovered the problem but was able to fix it.the knowledge and experience you get from this store is unmatched by far.

My old phone just died and Drew got me a new phone up and running in less than an hour. Drew has followed up with me several times to make sure everything is still going well, great customer service.

I just want to commend Ryan for his dedication to his work. Technically speaking we are subscribers of consumer cellular.but we are from out of town & I needed help with my phone. It got stuck in black and white mode and I couldn't figure out how to fix it. He was more than happy to sit with me and try to understand the problem. The amount of patience he had with me and the type of experience is not one you would typically find anywhere else.

Salesman said we would receive a 200 dollar gift card if we signed up for the home Internet, so that was one of the reasons we did get it, have not received it and the salesman said he did not say that, what a joke to tell us that and say he didn't after we can't return it

I was having issues with my galaxy s23ultra display which prompted me to come in. Sat down and worked with Ryan. He is friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to fix my problem on the phone. Clean out all the junk apps and look at my account for better offers. 10/10 experience.

Came in to fix my phone that had so much spam. Cindy helped me fix it and now I can function my phone like normal. Best Verizon store ever

Came in to pay my bill. Cindy was awesome and set me up on auto pay and reviewed my account to find any savings. That auto pay will now save me $10 a month. Environment was very clean and friendly. Only will go to this Verizon for now on. Thank you Cindy.

Came in wanting to have my bill checked. Cindy was amazing and broke it down for me. I highly recommend you come see her! Also showed me ways to save money every month.

This is not a legit Verizon store, it's a 3rd party that marks everything up to make more money. Was working with Drew to get a couple tablets for our company.very cool to your face but when it came time to swipe my card for the "taxes on the devices" he failed to mention that he added $70 for him "setting up" the devices (which I had to do myself when I got back to my office. A shame to violate your personal integrity for $70 and deceive customers because you know nobody would willingly pay $70 for you to turn on 2 tablets and make sure they are activated.

Honestly lets think about this one, I believe all wireless providers are sharing the same towers by now so there is one thing left to compare, that would be customer service, in my experience Verizon does well in that area.

I had viruses on my phone and decided to go in for support. Ryan was able to take care of me quickly! I love the support I get from his team and will continue to buy my phones at this location.

Great service, Martean helped me though the whole process and didn’t stop until my account got straightened out. Super helpful and knowledgeable, great attitude thoughout the entire time. The whole staff was great.

This store was a 10/10 for my wife and I to switch to Verizon. Go in and ask for Justin he made it a happy experience.
