13 I would give 0 out of 5 if the app would let me. First and foremost this is a retailer and not an Official Verizon store. The products are 10-15% more expensive and often fail to qualify for the Verizon discounts. This branch will perform credit checks without authorization. The staff while attentive and respectful will blatantly lie and scam customers. Mandatory product accessories are required for purchase. Once purchased, a no return policy is in effect. It is inconceivable that places like this are allowed to conduct business. This is my warning to you.
Once again your reply to this review further illustrates the frustration other customers may face. You sold my family plan A on the paper work and then submitted plan B for the account. When confronted about the error you stated that we should contact corporate for resolution. The responsibility is on the employees who made the error. Why should I invest even more of my time to correct an error made from your store by your team. I was told that accessories had to be bundled in order to complete the purchase and qualify for the promotional rate. When we got home several items were previously opened and not even designed to fit the model of phones we purchased. Your response in-store was exactly like this reply. Please contact the corporate office for further assistance.
We waited approximately 28 minutes which is acceptable to troubleshoot our phone.
There were only 2 employees and when “Natalie” was free she was busy on her phone. After a few minutes we asked if she was ready to help us and she responded yes. As we started telling her the issue, she never made eye contact and continued texting on her phone. I assumed she was “possibly” looking for an answer to our issue but the smile at her phone very clearly told me she had better things she wanted to do. I reiterated the issue and when she continued to focus solely on her phone i asked her if she was helping us and she said she was listening but they didn’t have a tech and we should go to a corporate store for help. She was so incredibly dismissive and did not care at all about helping us. Customer service is definitely not her forte. We will definitely not go back there and will just go to a corporate store.
Had a great experience today with Chandler J at the s.cotton rd location in Goodyear. He was very helpful and set my phone up from start to finish.
Christian was patient and helpful and the best Verision inperson employee I have ever dealt with.
Only two employees working in store. I waited 45 minutes to get help but once they got to me they were overly helpful. Great service.
Manager just makes excuses for his terrible way of running a business - don’t bother making an appointment because it won’t matter either way. Recommend going somewhere else

I highly recommend Chandler and this Verizon location! I had to change my service, purchase a new phone and be sure all of my information transferred to my new device. It was seamless thanks to the excellent service I received. Cheers to making this a pleasant experience Chandler.

If you are think about switching from your current provider because of slow network speeds, just don't. I spent $1000 to get out of my t mobile account to switch to Verizon thinking I'd get better/faster coverage and its absolute trash, might even be worse. SLOW loading times, when it says 5g in the top corner I might as well be romaing or in a non service area because nothing will load, I run my business from my phone and on Tuesdays I'm in surprise may as well leave phone at home. I'm paying premium for terrible coverage and service
