If I could give this store zero stars I would. I ordered two new iPhone 12 pros with accessories from telesales rep Sarai, FYI she was amazing. I picked up one phone Friday from another location and had some issues with transfer/activation. I had no phone service on my new or old phone for a day. I went in and they resolved my issue with no problems. So today I go to this location to pick up and go inside to complete the transfer/activation so i wouldn’t have the same issues as i did on Friday. She refused to let me in. I explained to the girl that I had issues Friday on my other line and was told i could just go into the store. She proceeded to tell me that it should’ve worked just fine. Rather then help me she just kept saying it should’ve worked. So then I asked her if i could use the WiFi and just do it myself, outside and if there’s any issues they can help. Her response was the WiFi boots you out because they share with the whole shopping complex. I call BS. She suggested i go to Starbucks. The time she spent discrediting my previous experience and telling me to go to Starbucks she could’ve been done helping me with the transfer/activation. I’m so dissatisfied with this service and feel like I should’ve taken my business elsewhere. The phone still isn’t up and running. So much for helping my elderly mom by getting her a new phone. So inconvenient! I will never go back to this location, EVER! Save yourself the frustration and go to the Arcadia store instead where they actually care about the customers.

Doorman so rude. He put his foot in the door and then said are you here for an appointment. Maybe if he wasn't on his phone he could have greeted me better.

I go out of my way to go to this corporate store because it is loaded with talent! Gabby helped me the other day and as always it worked perfectly. Keep up the good work!

I am not docking them a star for the long wait time because I know that sometimes that is beyond their control. It was 45 minutes. The man who helped me was patient and stuck with me until the last issue was covered. I needed a lot of help learning some things on my new phone. I wish I could remember his name because I would give him credit here. In a couple of weeks I will be living near this store so I was hoping I would be happy with the experience, and I was.

Rachel Sowinksi was the Tech in charge of my return to Verizon and what a magnificent job she did because there were twists and turns in getting me back and she was training a newbie at the same time. She had my highest interest at hand the whole time. Thank you Verizon for having her on board.

Staff simoks does not care. Only capable of pointing at a screen and saying the same idiotic nonsense over and over rather then helping with solutions. Customers want help and solutions not regurgitation of information stating the obvious.

Arrived about 11 a.m. On a Saturday. It took about 30 minutes for us to be assisted by associate. The store was sort of busy but when the sales representative a young lady I wish I had gotten her name she was very polite and answered all my questions and even did a meticulous job when putting on my screen protector for my Samsung S9 + overall it was a good visit.

Stefan was extremely helpful! Only downside was a 45 minute wait. Next time I'll call to see how busy they are, but I did get things done while I waited.

Just visited the store, and didn't much appreciate the rudeness directed my way. Was told they couldn't view anything with my account without being grated access from another in my family plan, which I understand. Being interrupted with "Excuse me, Can I finish what I was saying? " in the middle of a sentence was a bit jarring, and the overall feeling I was a burden because I wasn't making a purchase. I'll gladly take my business to literally any other wireless carrier around.

We had a great experience today buying my granddaughter a new I Phone for her birthday. The guy was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We have been a Verizon customer for about 20 years. His name was Luis and it was at the Verizon store at 4811 N 16th St Phoenix Az.

The worst customer service here. The staff are rude, and management doesn’t have time to talk to a customer of 18 years. Take your money someplace other than Verizon.

Not entirely helpful when asking questions that were not about upgrading. Verizon as a whole isn't too bad just had a bad experience at this location.

Most of the people are decent there but the wait times are too long. Waiting area no comfortable seating. Very passive aggressive design by corporate to have you wander to pay more money. I do NOT look forward to going into the stores only when I absolutely have to. They should have a way that you can go to Starbucks or where ever and bees you when your ready.
