The manager Guierllo was so rude, he kept cutting me off when I spoke about trouble I was having with my phone. He talked over me as I spoke and I left unable to get any help with my phone. Another gentleman ahead of me left in frustration and the manager spoke slyly as he walked away “guessing you don’t want the charger” and laughed and said anyways “what do you need” to me as I’ve tried to explain myself in tears how trying to get my phone problem handled. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and cancelled my Verizon services after.

Been to this store several times and always received helpful and non pushy advice. Store going to great lengths to socially distance and other safety measures. Appreciated the efforts although limited their services perhaps a bit too much. Will return to this store.

Verizon has been absolutely horrible, from the first day I gave them 350.00 cash only to find out that they never included it and billed me for it the next month. Benn with them for about 8 yrs and changed our plan to unlimited talk and text, but every month since then they have billed us at least 2x the amount in the contract for, guess talk and text! Well every month we call and they say we straightened it out, until the next month and it starts all over again. It takes an average of 2 hrs every time we call. Well now we can't even get ahold of anyone. THE WORST SERVICE EVER

David was extremely helpful. Needed to replace a lost phone, I went 1st thing in morning so there was no wait. They do tend to get very busy in the afternoon. Clean store, very friendly, knowledgeable staff.

Not very motivated to move on to the next customer, waited 20 mins and left, the agent was laughing and talking about his dog's, and that's ok, but get her number and call her after work, don't do that when people are waiting

I walked into the Verizon store to buy a note 9. It was around 7 PM and I was the only customer in the room. I stood and waited to be helped only to be ignored by four different employees. One with his back to me and a few others came in and out. After 5 plus minutes of standing and waiting, walked out of the store and bought my note 9 at best buy instead.

Great service! Was in and out in 15 minutes. Didn't want the whole walkthrough and the rep knew it. He got me the phone, took my money, and I was gone. 10/10 would go again.

The last two times at this location the customer service has been very poor. If you're not there to buy a phone they don't want to deal with you they just blow you off and makes you feel not valued as a customer after 10 years with Verizon I think we're going to look at switching to AT&T.

Great service. My phone was damaged recently and I had to get another one. The young man who helped me was very knowledgeable and helped me get a phone that was priced reasonably.

The sales associate Manny at the Bell Rd & US101 was very helpful and was able rectify the issues we were having, unlike the 5 Verizon phone representatives, the several Assurion insurance reps, and the other individuals working at another Verizon location. Kudos to him! Thanks Manny.

Had a minor issue with gmail and the girl would not even try to help me. She said I would have to call tech support. I was very disappointed and left angry. Went to the store at arrowhead mall and the gal there gladly helped me and I was on my way. Will not go back to the Glendale store.

Very poor service. Promised a replacement phone overnight. Didn't happen. Then didn't give us all options. 3 trips and 2 phone calls to finally get a phone. Had to buy a new phone. We will return it in 30 days and get a full refund.

Unprofessional services I went For about a whole week to place my phone replacement the 1st 2nd and 3rd personnel they place order the replacement found out wasn’t go through without any notification hanging waiting phone replacement the last personel I spoke He took my sim and gave a sim wasn’t work act rude. I didn’t wait for phone replacement very frustrated.i decided to drop my account.

Verizon staff at the Bell Rd store are wonderful. They are very helpful and thorough. I left the Verizon store at 91st Ave and Northern after a second experience of horrible customer service and went to Bell Rd. I will Never go back to Northern.
