BEWARE SCAM. If I could give it no stars, I would. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING HERE. Firstly, they were quite cold during the entire process. It must have taken them five tries to get payment because their system would reset. They quoted me $250 for my first consultation as an "exit fee" (not including the cost of the phone), yet tried to convice me it was $350 (selling me two chargers without my permission before I said something). The man with the beard was unable to add my phone number my new phone. He told me it was common and that it'd eventually transfer over (a lie). I did not have service for two days, only for them to gaslight me again AND add a new line to pacify me instead of admitting they'd messed up.

Take the extra time out of your day and DO NOT GO TO VICTRA franchise. Go to a corporate location. They fixed my phone in 10 minutes, were incredibly kind, and did not try to gaslight a twenty-something woman as if she were stupid.

Loved the customer service
Went in to get the 23 ultra was told to come back a few days later because they have one in stocks. Came back after the few days and to my shock he was true to his word. Will forever be a customer because of that experience alone

Verizon store more like Garbage store, charged me $40 for a SIM card and the corporate store said they are free.

NEVER COME TO THIS LOCATION!

Other than having to wait for 20 minutes or more, as there were several groups of people in the store ahead of us, the experience was good.

I just went in to have an Apple Watch activated. The girl was very rude and told me I’d be charged $30. Then she said she couldn’t do it. I Reyes calling Verizon and she said I’d have to go outside. Very rude and I could tell she was finding excuses not to do it. Went to another store and it took 10 min. This girls should be fired

I went to this Verizon location because my phone stopped working inexplicably. The woman who "assisted" me was beyond rude. She sent me the link, and I had to re-explain that my phone was not working, so I could not access it/click on it. She gave me the basic information that I needed to be an authorized user on the account or have the pin code, which is reasonable. When I asked if there was a phone I could use to reach someone about my pin code (the authorized user), I was told "no. " She then turned away from me and began engaging with her co-worker, completely dismissing me. I then asked what I could do, and she said, "Go to corporate. " She provided no further instruction, and again began talking to her co-worker (who didn't offer to help either). I asked where corporate was located because, mind you, my phone is not working to look it up. She said, "In front of Park Place Mall, " and turned away from me again.

I finally found the other location and the woman there was friendly, looked up one thing about how to help because she thought it might be a software issue, and BOOM! My phone is working again.

Do not go to this location. Terrible, rule, obnoxious customer service.

This was at approximately 2: 10pm on Friday 06/23/2023.

I've had good service in the past. But I went in yesterday, 5/30/2023, because my phone had locked up, the young lady was able to unlock the phone, but when I asked her if she could help me with my watch because it wasn't sinking with my phone any longer, she told me she would have to charge me. WHAT? So there is partial customer service in the stores?
I'm SO DISAPPOINTED IN VERIZON & THEIR EXTRA FEE'S. I'VE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR OVER 40 YEARS.

Do not go to this business for phones the employees there are terrible and don’t know how to help you go to the one on Broadway by the mall.

Dacia was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I doubt I would have bought a new phone and changed plans if it hadn’t been for her. She took the time to explain everything and answered all of my questions.

I needed help getting the SIM card out of my old iPhone and into the new iPhone. Made an appointment online, easy to do! Went in today and a very professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant young lady helped me. Have to say, Verizon's staff at Victra is exemplary! Thank you for a pleasant and successful outcome!

Someone left a message and texted me wanting to talk about my bad experience. When I returned call, I was asked if he could
call me back. Never heard from anyone again…I think it was a fake person calling me. Scam!

Really bad customer service! Very deceitful! Don’t ask for any extra help…they want to charge you $30! DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. NOT A TRUE VERIZON STORE!

I've been in here twice in the last year and both times they couldn't help me. Once they told me I needed a new phone when all I needed was a new sim card which I got at another store.

I went to this Verizon and had nothing but great service and support. The manager Edelia was great and helped us get the 4 new phones we wanted and needed and went the extra mile to make sure everything worked on them. I would for sure return to this store and work with Edelia she is a true pleasure to work with a d is about the customer and making sure they leave happy. Ty again for great service. Im sure the higher management in tucson realizes what a great team they have.
