Verizon Authorized Retailer - Victra reviews
15Eddy did an exceptional job of preparing and presenting out IPhone 15s. He is knowledgeable, professional and engaging. Really enjoyed working with Eddy!
My old phone died and I needed a new one. Breann was absolutely the best she spent hours with me getting it set up. Was a very positive experience and I definitely recommend them. Great customer service.
So far, the best Verizon store I've ever gone to. All members are very professional and experienced.
Very welcoming, knowledgeable, friendly and so helpful. Everything went great. A wonderful experience!
Personable employees with technical expertise with the phone I brought in, BLACK Screen and no way to access the apps. The employees are very knowledgeable of workings on the phones. I felt like I could count on them to assess the problem and offer a best suggestion to fix the issue! 】
Thomas was an absolut angel! He spent an exorbitant amount of time with me and was so very patient with me. I would adopt him if I could. Hang on to this guy!
Jay is the man! He has helped me multiple times. Gives me all the information needed and only asks if I’m needing anything that is related to my business.
I had an issue with my new Z Flip 5 and was hesitant because a Verizon corporate store blew me off a couple of days earlier. Luckily, Kaleb was able to take care of my issue by finally talking to a level 4 Verizon company tech to figure out the solution. He was patient and professional. He printed a hard copy receipt for me for the new SIM card I needed.
I was so pleased with the service I received from Jay. He went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything I was getting and he took care of transferring all information from my old phone to my new phone. He could not have provided better service.
Shady! We went in to upgrade our phones and the representative added an additional line to each of our phones without our knowledge or consent. The representative Thomas I believe “helped” us. Now our bill is reflecting the additional lines and I’ve made several contacts to Verizon and our bill is still not resolved. The representative that helped us lacks integrity. By looking at the other reviews, this place knows dang well what is going on here and has yet to take corrective action.
I had a horrible experience upgrading my phone. I went into the store interested in upgrading to a pixel 7. As we were talking I asked some questions about the pixel watch, without seriously expecting to walk out of the store with one. The representative said there was "a deal" where the phone would come with a pixel watch for free. So we went for it. It wasn't until the agent was halfway into settings up the new phone that I realized that he had pulled a 7 pro without telling me that that was the phone included in the plan, not the phone that I had asked for. In addition, I made it a point to ask the agent several times if the deal could be for an upgraded line, not a new line, and I was assured that the deal would apply to an upgrade. Fast forward to when we are checking out, the agent takes the new phone to another table and starts applying the liquid screen protector, which I did not ask for or consent to get, but it was halfway on and couldn't be stopped at that point. I was assured that it was part of "the deal", along with a wall plug. On my bill that day, I ended up paying full price for both of those things, so they were not part of any "deal. " Fast forward to when we get out next bill, in addition to upgrading the current line, the agent had added a whole other line to my bill for the SAME phone. Also, the phone upgrade caused my data plan to increase, which was never communicated in the terms of agreement for the data plan. In addition, we are seeing the same one time fees for the device setup that we already paid in the store now on our monthly bill, and there are other monthly fees associated with getting the watch which were not explained to me before making the purchase. This "deal" was not explained to me at all, I spent over 3 hours in the Verizon store that day, and now I have to fight with Verizon corporate about the fees on my bill. This was not a transparent process, the seller should be making sure that the customer is aware of what they are paying for when they are trying to make a sale.
Went to the Verizon store because I couldn't get help online. Business phone got wet in the lake and wouldn't work. Everyone was so nice and helpful.bthey were totally awesome!
The girl that helped me was nice BUT they added two additional lines/numbers to my account. I went in to upgrade one phone. I didn't activate any new lines/phones.
I called the store to see why they added two new lines/numbers as I'm sure they took the setup fee for each of them but all the guy did was push my to the Verizon customer service number.
I'm taking my old phone to an actual legit Verizon store, as they aren't, and I'm turning my trade in there. People on here are talking about them NEVER turning in their trade ins to Verizon so buyer beware.
Sounds like some shady dealings going on here. I won't use them again. Not even worth trying to figure out how much I was overcharged for the set up fees + tax when I was there on Saturday. Luckily Verizon is crediting their fraudulent charges and shutdown and removed the two lines they added to my account.
Go to a real Verizon store.
Coming in from Queen Creek store with a horrible experience, and on this store they make us to feel welcome to Verizon family
Went in to get new phones traded in old phones however, Verizon has yet to get one of the traded phones. This was done about 2 months ago, had to comeback once to see what issue was, since bill was 200 more than what the guy there said was going to be. Issue was Verizon didn’t get 1 of the traded in phones. Once again Verizon has yet to get 1 of the phones. That means I will have to come back to this store and walk in a third time to get correct credits for trading in a phone. My question is how many times have people traded in phones and never got the credit for them? 1 more thing when they say they’re going to call you make sure everything in order they don’t. Kinda a joke.
