Kaylee went out of her way to make sure I left the store with the phone I wanted and a happy customer! This was the 4th Verizon store I visited today and the only one that seemed to care about customer service. A+

Worthless store don't even see why they say open when the employees have it locked and closed during business hrs. Made 2 trips to find the store closed both times.
