Verizon Authorized Retailer - Victra, Surprise AZ

From the moment, my husband and I walked in the store the manager and the sales associate were very cheerful, helpful, and happy to assist us. Excellent customer service seems to be falling by the wayside, which is very disappointing, but being in this Verizon store made us feel very appreciated as customers, and we felt very welcomed by them. They took the time to really help us, which made us feel valued! Thank you!

I am completely happy with the service that I received and the associate who helped me with my business account was the very best part of my experience I don’t know how much she makes but she is worth every penny she makes and If she worked for me I would be sure that she was happy and do whatever I had to do to insure that she was generously compensated for her time i am not the easiest customer to make happy because I work hard for my money and I want what I want and get what I pay for and without even asking she was able to do what several Verizon stores or associates have been able to do and that is make me happy to be a Verizon customer I have had a bad experience with Verizon from the first day I opened my account and was deceived so that is saying a lot to give her the pat on the back for a job well done and I will continue to do my business at this location for as long as she is going to be there to help me and is the biggest reason why I’m happy to give you a positive review that being said and if I am going to be completely honest I will definitely have to say that you need to have better inventory I came in for my upgrade because I needed a new phone and I had no choice but to take the one that you had in stock because my phone just quit working altogether I usually don’t have a specific preference over color but the only iPhone 15 promax you had was a pepto bismol pink iPhone 15 plus and it just nauseates me every time I have to use it the color is the most horrendous color pink I have ever seen and the brand new iPhone that I should love that I am paying so much money for is something that I wish I had never bought and I get sick thinking that I have to use this awful iPhone for the next 3 years or pay it off and then buy another one that isn’t a color that is ruining my iPhone experience and I am not prepared to spend that much money but I am hopeful that something can be done to help make this awful phone go away

Greeted me right away, very pleasant to work with, as his knowledge was great. Took his time and didn’t rush. I would recommend going there.
