I came in off a bad experience of almost an hour at a competitors store and this guy Tony has absolutely made my night I got my service started and everything in under 15 mins will definitely come back this guy is awesome!

Great service. Well educated staff. Tony, the store manager was fantastic. I went in just to get an answer about the service and walked out with a new updated phone and plan, a new internet service and a new smart watch. One heck of a salesman.

Not this store in particular but I have had Verizon and they kept raising the bill for no reason and what they told me at sign up is not what my bill reflected.not even close. Again. Not this store but a different Verizon location
Very poor service. I dropped Verizon's service. Kept me on hold by telephone for service for over 60 minutes.
