I do not like to post negative comments but Verizon. I was not happy with Verizon they didn't fix my issues. It was a long wait.
The staff was not helpful I had a credit for my bill. I will never deal with Verizon again.
Customer service in the afternoons is ignoring everybody. While there is a line one of the girls just sat around and took her time to call someone else. Disappointed

I have been dealing with this store, customer, service, and account managers on the phone. The store had promised me one thing and then I was charged for two phones that I never wanted in the first place. I have been with Verizon for numerous years, and I am at the point of almost canceling service because of them not following through with what various people had promised, they would follow up on. I even went as far as sending a nice email to the account manager, who is no longer with the company who had given me his direct line in case I had any issues. I am one unhappy and disappointed customer who has been misled lied to and not asking for anything for free! With all the inconvenience the last was I was supposed to get credit for $700 in my account which I was told by the manager at the Surprise store. Seems like I need to call customer service again because his hands are now tied. So I feel like I’m getting the runaround once again. I had no problem with the two phones that I had and no way I needed to brand new phones. I have been with contracts with Verizon for many years but I think I’m done!
Johnny was great. Had all the answers and really help me establish my account with phone I wanted and associated services. Made it all easy to understand.
