The in store rep Juan was amazing! We all had a long day was at the store for 7 plus hours dealing with a horrible call in customer service! But Juan stayed patient and kept call to make sure things got done right! That young man deserves a raise!
Been a verizon customer over 24 years now and I have never experienced the lack of customer service and the absolutely horrible service that I have lately. Almost a full year I've been having issues over 50 calls to verizon 20 plus visit to this store and no one can or is willing to solve my problem. I'm leaving this review in hopes that it'll get someone to help me and actually care before they lose a very loyal customer.
