Verizon Authorized Retailer – GoWireless, Scottsdale AZ

Poor customer customer service and knowledgeable from rep. Elizabeth. It was very difficult to get information from her to make a decision on buying a phone. I decided to leave due to lack of confidence in her abilities. My husband visited two weeks earlier and had a similar experience with her too At that time he guessed she was new but said she appeared to have learned nothing since then.
The store also told a couple someone would be with them right away. They waited more than 10 minutes while employees ignored them at the computers before they left. No one said a word. I will not be returning to this location.

Manager at this store is very knowledgeable and dedicated to his customers. I would refer all of my friends and family!

We visited the store at 90th and Shea to buy a new Iphone SE 2020. Sadly the store was busy with only Elijah working with customers. Two other people were in the back (one of them is the manager) and only after an hour plus wait did one of them come out. We were told they were on break! With a store full of waiting customers? Now for the good news - Elijah was terrific as he was juggling several customers at the same time with a great attitude and also showing tremendous customer service and displaying professionalism, patience, and respect, the entire time. I would highly recommend him to be promoted or recognized in some manner, as for us, he is the face of GoWireless in Scottsdale. Thank you Elijah.

Elijah helped make my move from laptops to tablets (for my husband and I) a very positive experience. I also went from an S9 to an S21+ phone. He was very knowledgeable & personable. 4 years ago I said I would never change phones again. He made it an easy transmission. Last time I lost 1000 contacts. He is a treasure. A true professional with alot of patience, kindness & respect. His demeanor is exemplary. I would hire him for any position if I was still in the business arena. He is over qualified & able to engineer solutions for your needs. One of a kind. It was a pleasure to do business with him & to get to know him.

Elijah was awesome! My husband and I came in after my husband was added to my line on Verizon. He had been on ATT previously. The first store we went to to get him on my plan was terrible! They messed up all of these things with his new number and line. We went to this location in hopes that Elijah could undo what this other store had done! Elijah was patient and really took the time to understand our issues! He got my husbands phone back up and running in perfect condition! Thanks so much Elijah! We will be referring all our friends to you! You rock!

Elijah was VERY helpful! Not only professional and kind but made sure I was completely taken care of before I left the store. I will return to this location specifically because of him.

By far the best Verizon store, and it's close to me. Couldn't get any better Desirae was very helpful and pleasant. I got referred by one of my neighbors and I'm definitely going to have to thank her. I found my new Verizon store.:)

Employees seemed bothered by questions. Offered no assistance other than call customer service. Very disappointed.

I normally go down to the Verizon store down by my high house in Tempe, but after stopping by this location I think I found my new Verizon store. Its unbelievable how amazing the store manager took care of me, while helping her other employee. Thank you for all your help!

Do yourself a favor please do not go to this location they will not solve any of your problems or help you, horrible customer service. When I went across the parking lot to Best Buy Verizon did a phenomenal job compared to these guys. Detour and go to Best Buy you'll thank me later.

I highly recommend this Verizon store. The staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable about their products. Desirae was outstanding she will go above and beyond to help you. I won't be going back to the apple store ever again!

Desirae is amazing and extremely knowledgeable with technology and saved my life with picking up my grandkids from school. She is my angel. Give her a raise

Awful, slow, and broken is how I describe this store. I won't be coming back nor would I reccomend it to anyone.

I had the upmost pleasant experience at this Verizon store with Desirae, she helped me and my elderly mother out more than you can imagine. She was very patient kind and such a happy person. We will definitely be coming back to this location for all of our Verizon needs. Keep her around we need her

This is the only Verizon store I will go to in the area because of its fantastic service! I have gone to other stores and been so disappointed by the rude service, that I left and drove to this store because I knew they would provide a great experience. Jason and Kenny have been excellent in helping my technology illiterate family with our phones! They both went out of their way to help us, and they are friendly and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this store to anyone.

I was really against getting a new phone I love my galaxy s6. But Jason helped me organize and set my phone up exactly the way I wanted it. He was such a great help and wonderful to talk to as well. Very friendly store, and very knowledgeable. Management should be proud!

Today i got the new iphone 8 plus and kenny was spectacular. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and some. Also Took the time to help me set up my phone and showed me new things i didnt know! Very happy with my experience!

Jason was the very best Verizon employee I've ever worked with. I am older and all this new technology is scary, but Jason made everything so simple, thanks Jason!
