Cheapest place in town but not good for the amount we pay at all! Place is a dump! It’s dirty, trash overfills, moldy, and loud neighbors. Management keeps upping the price but doesn’t do anything about the landscape or the trash. It’s nice pulling into the apartment complex and seeing a dead tree and a dumpster that overfills where people leave their trash around the dumpster. We had water leaking from the ceiling that created a huge water pocket in the paint. Fortunately, they stopped the leak but the ceiling still has this bubble in the paint. It’s ugly to look at. Maintenance seems to always do a half-way job or seem incompetent. We have no cupboards or storage in the bathroom and only have a few cabinets in the kitchen. The blinds they use are cheap blinds that break when it catches a breeze from the window, and we’re required to pay for it! It seems we are constantly cleaning mold off the walls because there is no circulation in the bottom floor apartments. We paid about the same amount for a 3-bedroom, walk-in closet in the master, 2.5 bath, pantry, with a garage, and a yard for an apartment in Cedar City for the same amount. Electricity skyrocketed 40% more and we are still required to pay more at this apartment! At least make it enjoyable for us to live here! It always leaves a sour taste in my mouth when we pay rent.
