The people here are very friendly. I appreciated how the people cheered others on. I will be returning. Kylie was especially awesome.

What an amazing start to 2024! 5 classes in three days, 2 fly classes, 1 flex class and 2 flirt classes! I even joined the V90 challenge that Vertica offers for free! I’m excited to see all the progress everyone including myself makes over the next 90 days. I’m so happy I found a studio that is fun and supportive!

I love the classes! The instructors are awesome and patient. It's a "no judgement" zone where I can be myself. The classes have helped me gain confidence and have fun.

Best experience I've ever had- talk about confidence boosting! I feel comfortable in my skin because the instructors are so supportive and each bring something different to the table. Book it, any class- you won't be let down! See you there =) The only toxic person to attend classes here has officially left the building!

I absolutely love pole fitness and Vertica. I have been with this studio since they opened and I don't regret a single moment of it. The teachers are so friendly and welcoming and top of the line! Everyone there will welcome you and cheer you on and hype you up! It truly is a family! Any age, sex, shape, size is welcome and appreciated! If you have ever considered trying pole fitness, I highly suggest Vertica!

It was EVERY bit of FUN, high energy, POSITIVE ENERGY, ZERO body shaming. Just a group of souls that meshed perfectly! What a great outlet away from the world! The instructors are AMAZING! I’m so glad I signed up for the unlimited classes. The schedule is so easy and flexible, there’s no excuse to not be there! I’m excited to see my 3 month physical appearance progress!
Thank you! And one last thing. I usually toss and turn all night, have hot flashes. I did not move the entire night! I woke up the exact same way I fell asleep! That’s a MEGA bonus!

I couldn’t be any happier with choosing Vertica as my pole fitness! I have been going to Vertica for 6 months now and it has changed me for the better. The teachers and the students are definitely a big reason why I have come as far as I have in pole fitness. Teachers are so welcoming and will help and explain anything you are struggling with. The students boost your confidence with all their cheering and encouragement! Thank you Vertica for being my safe place and letting me build myself into a better and healthier me!

I will come back to edit my review three years later, because I’m still going strong at this location and absolutely love my time in the studio! I have learned so much, and I have grown and builg strength I never knew I had! I have found the studio to be very open and welcoming to everybody of all shapes, sizes, and gender. Although it’s a fun place to joke around with friends, It’s also nice to see that the studio does not tolerate sexual harassment or blatant racism from their students, and deals with it accordingly.

Thank you Kylie for my first class! I have no rhythm or upper body but felt right at home and didn't feel left behind. I appreciate her positive attitude and help! See you soon Kylie!

Update: Still with Vertica! I have become so much more confident with my body and I can do things I never thought I could! Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. I enjoy the environment! Thank you guys for being a safe space! One of my favorite places.

The pole classes are such a workout great way to challenge your body on all three planes of movement!

My life has changed because of pole fitness and Vertica. The students are amazing the teachers are the best in town if not the state! We have world champions competing yearly. Everyone is one big family. Men and women! You don’t have to be a certain size or even in shape to be welcomed with OPEN ARMS to Vertica!

Took Bree’s unwrap me workshop and wow! Hard work but so amazing. Loved it and will do a workshop again when it’s offered.

Loved this class. I don't look graceful. But I'm trying. I'm 55 and I feel great after a class. Stronger. Love it!

Very friendly staff. Welcoming, hospitable and very kind. Everyone who works there and attended the class was supportive and the class was a fun workout.

Love love love the things I'm learning and how nice everyone is. Nice to feel comfortable in a strange environment. Hell yes I'm signing up for more classes!
