Expect no parking after 4pm. Get here early and don’t leave. It’s literally like musical chairs but with parking spots. Hoa charges arm and a leg for fees but the grass is always dead. Residents are nice & keep to themselves.

Bought a townhouse here almost five years ago. It's a great location and the property is very well maintained. Haven't had any issues with anything other than parking. I have a two car garage so it's not an problem for me, but I think they could improve the outside parking by having assigned spaces.

Place is being used to scam people. The number they provide doesnt lead to anyone. Be Aware of Nadine Harding in unit 60 using this place as a reference
