8My Dad has been at the Vineyards since May. It took him a few weeks to feel comfortable, staff did a fantastic job helping him adjust. The biggest plus is his little dog gets to live with him!
The staff and the residents are all very well directed by Vanessa Leyva and the community is a wonderful place for elders to live it gives them the freedom they need along with all the assistance they could ever ask for
I am typing this for my Mom, pictured here. She will be 94 in July. We moved her into Via Elegante The Highlands, Sierra Vista, AZ in July last year. She told me today she is happy we found a nice place for her to live. Her staff are caring and professional. Everyone from Mariah and Linda at the front desk, Myranda, Veronica, Kevin and all the nursing staff are attentive to her personal needs. Thank you, Andrew, Zach and Angela, for your assistance when it is most needed.
Via Elegante is the BEST assisted living place in Tucson! My mom was so well cared for, it was such a great experience. The care givers at Via Elegante are angels!
I am a Licensed Fiduciary in Tucson, and chose Via Elegante at Tucson Mountains as my wards home. I am beyond grateful and appreciative of the staff and nursing for the care they have shown my ward.
About 18 months ago, we moved my mother out of another facility and into Via Elegante and we couldn't be happier with the move. She has a beautiful private room and really enjoys sitting on the back patio. She has gotten to know the caregivers and they are all great to her and easy to communicate with. They know what she likes and they take great care of her. All of the meals are brought in, which is great because it means caregivers aren't busy cooking or doing meal prep. My understanding is that they also have a cleaning service, which also means caregivers have more time to focus on residents. I also really appreciate getting weekly email updates from the staff and nurse. They are easy to reach via phone or email if I have any questions or concerns. All in all, I can't recommend Via Elegante highly enough!
I have been a part of the Via Elegante family for the past 7 years and as their CEO there is no place I would rather call home. I am so proud of my team and the strength they have showed through this pandemic. I also want to say thank you to all of our residents and their families for their continued support as we go through this journey together. It is my honor to serve you.
The caregivers are top notch. They are gentle, kind and loving to the residents no matter the situation. The facility is exceptionally clean and the caregivers are welcoming to all who enter. It's obvious they enjoy what they do. My mother was there declining for a year and they treated her with great care, love and affection. I would think of no other than Via Elegante' if I need an Assisted Living facility in the future.
