Victoria's Secret & PINK, Gilbert AZ

Hannah at San Tan mall location was so incredibly helpful and sweet. She gave me a ton of style options to choose from and worked with me on what I was really looking for. But was really just easy to talk to and didn’t make me feel like I needed to rush out of the fitting room. This girl deserves a raise! Thanks for making this shopping trip a great one Hannah

My girls love this place. They just need a couch and a tv with a free drink for dads and husband's while our daughters and wives rack up our credit cards hahahah

Fatphobia. I was literally eye rolled when I walked in today. LITERALLY. I wasn't there to find something for ME, but a friend. I hate you people.

Michelle was amazing! She is the manager at this location and spent a couple of hours helping me find bras. She helped fit me and find different styles. Even when there were other customers she was time efficient and very helpful. Thank you for making our experience enjoyable and educational!

This Victoria's Secret location has a wide selection, attentive staff, and a clean store. My issues lie with sizing guidelines and company policy.

Within the past 6 months, I have spent over $200.00 in bras (which isn't hard to do), and I was told each time I went to get fitted that I was one size, when my older bras were a larger size.

I went with the recommendation of the staff and got the smaller size, because I was told this and that, and come to find out, I was actually two sizes up from what they kept pushing on me.

When I looked up why bra sizes are so difficult to measure, I read numerous accounts from people who worked at VS in the past who said that it was company policy to push the smaller sizes, because it increases profits for the store to get a sale in-store versus buying online, and because it uses less fabric and reduces cost from what Victoria's Secret pays to get product.

This is extremely upsetting to me, as somebody who has major health concerns plus a history of eating disorders and body dysmorphia, because now, not only can I not wear the cute bras I picked out based off the guidance of staff, but I am now faced with the realization that I was misled for a smaller size for company profits.

My favorite store, especially this location, the saleswomen are very friendly, there are some that help you in Spanish, very nice!

INCREDIBLE and friendly service at this location! We were greeted right away and inquired about a fitting, which was done without hesitation. The employee that helped us was knowledgeable about sizes, potential sizes, and recommendations. Though there are signs everywhere, we were told about sales and deals as well. The store is immaculate and everything was organized and easy to navigate. The lighting in the fitting rooms was incredible and the mirrors are squeaky clean. We’re definitely going to be back here.

I’m so appreciative to the San Tan Victoria’s Secret for going above and beyond in helping me with a gift card issue. I went in and Emily helped me, with the advice from her manager she was able to contact Customer Care and get my issue resolved. This took almost an hour of being on the phone as the check out line kept growing. Thank you so much for taking the time to help your loyal customers in such a caring way.

It's close to home. I liked how organized the store was. They jammed everything into this location. I was really surprised by how friendly the staff was at this location. For the first time ever I I felt comfortable and not OLD and out of place. Thanks loves!

Nice store. It’s set up a little weird but the associates were nice. If you have a sensitivity to perfumes, don’t even go in. After I was in the store for 15 mins making a return, I came out and met my husband down the block and he said I reeked of perfume. I didn’t even try any on, I got it on me from just being in the store. PeeUuu.

Bella helped me right away when I walked in. She knew the bra I was looking for, helped with measuring and provided me different bra options. So happy Bella helped me today. She was so friendly and helpful! Thank you!
