The customer service is poor. The “owner” took my money and has dodged me for months. The original lady that was helping ended up getting fired. She herself complained how she had to use the restroom in apts that have not been rented out yet because there was no restroom in the office. The maintenance man quitting while I was applying should have been the red flag. I put in the application and they made me pay additional funds for a holding deposit even tho I had not been approved/denied yet. I provided the deposit, ended up not going with the process, and now I’ve been asking for my deposit back for over 2 months. No one ever knows what’s going on there. Very unprofessional, and unpleasant to work with. I do not recommend moving here.

It's not fair the leasing agent took my money order to hold the apartment then she said she did the application for 100.00 dollars it's 50 on the website she lied. Then said I was not approved. But she never called my employer or my landlord to verify my information. I had my brother in law take it in for me he's black I sure hope that she wasn't discriminate cuz that's against the law. Plus she said there going to mail my money to me. Why I didn't mail it to them it's not right I think she flag my application and took my money. Ive tried to call the office no answer. Then I went in the afternoon around 2: 30 tell me why it was closed. There open till 6: 00. I can't get anyone to help me. Am so mad and hurt I need to move asap. And she took my money. I need that to move. Why won't she return my calls what is she hiding. Bernadette Scroggins

This place is a very good place to live in is just that the lady that is on the office has no manners and she doesn’t work with you if you have any problems they take for ever to fix things hopefully the other lady comes back she had good attitude with everyone
