Villa Vita Apartments, Peoria AZ

I just moved into Villa Vita in December and it was such a smooth and easy experience. Everything was made so simple and made this move as comfortable as a move can be.

Marenna helped us with touring and all the paperwork. I cannot say enough great things about her! She answered all my questions and has been and still is such a great help when needed. We fell in love with Villa Vita and Marenna’s help is really what sealed the deal for us here!

The property is beautiful. The amenities are incredible. I truly feel lucky to call this my home.

My experience with this place has been outstanding. Customer service has been excellent. Maria, Tristen and Marenna all did an amazing job onboarding me and making me feel welcomed. They guided me through the application process and were very attentive to any questions which is difficult to come by nowadays. The entire team has been supportive. The maintenance crew is awesome. I put in 2 work orders and within 24 hours they were completed. There seems to be enough parking for everybody and if you want to garage they are also available. The area seems to be pretty quiet and there’s tons of stores and restaurants you could basically walk to from the apartments. The layouts within the apartments are pretty modern and and the pool, activities area, gym etc.are above average. The apartments are very well-maintained and you feel like you’re in a really safe area. This is me comparing it to different places I’ve actually lived. By far this is one of the best. If you’re looking for a place to with affordable luxury living accommodations, this is the spot.

I just wanted to make a quick review because I LOVE the quick & reliable service we receive from maintenance & the office. They are always on top of the work orders and/or questions! Every time I submit a request, they get it fixed the next day! Darell is always saying hi when I see him! Such a nice gentleman! & knows how to repair just about everything! Also, Maria from the office, she is super helpful, kind & always cheerful! Great people!

Tristen in the front office was super helpful! Instantly resolved my issue and took the time to make sure I was all set.

I can’t say how amazing this community is in any words. Maria from the office is so patient and has outstanding customer service. The maintenance really go above and beyond any expectations I ever had. The leasing process was so smooth and easy it really took all the stress off of me of moving. I have never had a better experience with leasing as I have at villas vita! I am so thankful that Maria is so helpful and has patience with me and explained everything in such detail. I love it here and will stay here for years to come!
