Just need more parking or at least enforcement it. Too many people parking in the wrong spots or illegally parking with now penalty. Also monitor cars that are parked more then 4-5 days in the same open spots

My Move-in was fast and smooth, Quiet village and I highly recommend for people looking for quiet and neat community.

The place cries to much and rude maintenance guy and they are Uncle Tom and this place is 0 to live here and parking is a bad when people hug the parking spots

My wife and I lived here for a year. Every issue we had was quickly and professionally fixed by management and/or maintenance. When we first got here I had the normal tenant vs landlord mindset… after a few months Jenny quickly changed that. It molded into landlord and tenant vs problem… a mindset I have never experienced before.

Jenny’s communication is on spot.

All shared areas are very well kept, with very minor issues here and there. But guess what? Management is ALWAYS on it.

Neighbors are very respectable and nice.

Writing this review after one year living here. Wonderful experience, the apartment space is great, convenient, functional and I had 0 issues with the space and utilities. Everything worked perfectly during the time I lived here.

The amenities are so good! Always clean, super nice staff that were always helpful when needed. Maintenance requests are complete so quick! In other places I had long waits, but here Mario and Jen were quick to take care of any needs that came up and so friendly.

Neighbors are super respectful, great community of people.

The pool is even better in person! I loved the tech package with camera, lights and alarm that you can control on your phone. So great.

I definitely recommend living here, only moving due to location, great experience!

My partner and I moved here for our first apartment and we couldn’t ask for a better experience. When we conducted our search, I wanted to find something that is safe, clean, comfortable and private; he was leaning more toward the communal feel and amenities available (business center, pool, etc). It ticks all of our marks. The front office is also quick to respond to any of our concerns and they too are a very big part of our community. Another one of our favorite parts about the Village is Wednesdays on Wheels (a good truck comes in every other Wednesday). If you’re looking for a good place to stay, this would be an excellent choice.

We have been living here for about 9 months and we love it. It is so peaceful we never have any issues and the staff are super friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone! The area is great too!

The place is very nice and quiet, but since when u allow a PERV. In your community u recently had a tenent move In there so please be careful he recently moved in this month I was considering on moving in until I recognized this individual so I reconsidered on moving there.

Absolutely love living here! Not only is the staff Unbelievably amazing, so are all of the neighbors. Our clubhouse, hot tub, and pool are amongst the best amenities I have ever seen! We absolutely love our house/apartment.

I have been living here for 1.5 years and love it! The community is well taken care of, the staff are amazing and the residents are friendly! It truly has a community feel. It has been the best place I have lived since being in Arizona. It is a safe and quiet community. The staff go above and beyond for the residents. They are always friendly and fast to respond to any issues or needs. The residents are always willing to help one another! If you are looking for a place that feels like home this is it!
