Having stayed at $100/ night plus RV parks before, I'll use them as my reference. Village camp is still missing the mark when attempting to be a high end rv park. 1. Street signage indicating how to get to the RV Park or a lack of curb-side signage denoting that you are even at the right place; hard to find especially at night. 2. Couldn't find our reservation when we arrived. 3. At this price point, it's tacky to limit how long your shower can be; hot water cuts out after 5 minutes. 4. Bathrooms not heated; 22° outside on our visit. 5. Why close the hot tub so early? 6. Site numbers hard to find at night; noticed 2 separate groups getting out of their rigs at night walking the streets trying to find their site. 7. Streets are narrow. Backing in a rig over 30' will be tough.

My wife and I visited here for my birthday and had an awesome time. The rooms were super cozy and the amenities and staff were amazing.

This place is awesome! The concept, the attention to detail and craftsmanship in the houses are beautiful. The staff is helpful, friendly and listen to guest. This place will be even more amazing once it’s complete. We loved everything about this place. The bbq flatbread was yummy and those drinks at the bar were A-1. Thanks for an awesome time! I’ll be back.

I really wanted to be able to give this place five stars but.the cabins are a bit pricey, conflicting information from staff members, trains, spider webs and wrongful accusations after I left. We stayed in the mountain view cabin #165.
-I booked about a month in advanced by the front desk staff, a week later they ran a 30% off snow special that they ran on their IG page. I called in back to the front desk, to take part in the special and the staff was not helpful they refused to entertain their deal that they promoted, they said they would have a manager/owner call me back, he never did. I left it alone.
-check in day, we got to the cabins about 6: 30 p.m. On the 15th of December. The man who checked us in was very nice. I asked about like late check out, he said to just call in the last day and ask and they could accommodate me by 2 hours. I called in my last morning there and Alexis at the front desk give me a little bit of a hard time, told me it's usually only 1 hour but after much hesitation she finally said she will go ahead and extend it one extra hour (total of 2 hours, check out 12noon at no extra costs).
-The pool was not open, even though when we booked we were told that the pool was open and heated year-round only to find out when we got there, only the jacuzzi was open until 8: 00 p.m. Which I think is really early especially when you are trying to enjoy a vacation. I think the time should be extended to at least 10: 00 p.m. That's more standard.
-The cabin was super cute with a loft and fireplace up at the top, some chairs to sit out outside, a grill. Just like in the photos on their IG. They did supply towels and washcloths. The kitchen was fully stocked with plates and everything you need to cook. They did have complimentary coffee via K-Cups, but the creamer they had there was old and clumpy so make sure to bring your own creamer. The only complaint I have about the cabin is that there are a ton of spider webs in the windows and through the light fixtures all throughout the cabin. I got bit while sleeping, but what can you do? ! There was dawn soap in the kitchen sink when we got there and the floors were gritty like they needed to be swept. House keeping could definitely do a better job of clean up especially for the amount that we're paying for the cabins. I would expect them to be clean with no spiderwebs.
-Location is far from food and kind of secluded.
-They do have food that you can purchase there at the front office but none of it is actually made there. They provide a menu with stuff to choose from, but I believe all the food is already put together that they just heat up for you. The menus do indicate that "there are no modifications" to the food.
-TRAINS-TRAINS-TRAINS. There were a lot of trains running throughout the night and to the early morning each day that we were there. They are pretty loud.
-During checkout I called the office a couple of times and spoke to Alexis, just to make sure I was leaving the cabin to their standards. Dishes you leave in the sink, trash out on the front porch, towels in a pile in the bathroom. I made sure and took a video of the entire cabin before I left, just in case. THANK GOODNESS I DID, because a couple of hours after I left I received a text message from the office stating that one of the cabinets had a broken lock on it. I wasn't even aware that there were any locks on any of the cabinets. The only lock I remember seeing was what I thought was a courtesy bike lock that was wrapped around one of the cabinet doors at the bottom, that we never touched because we don't have a bike. So I am not really sure what they're referring to. I asked for specifications from the person who text me and nobody ever got back to me. SO MAKE SURE YOU TAKE A VIDEO BEFORE YOUR STAY AND AFTER YOUR STAY FOR YOUR RECORDS. If you decide to book here, I think maybe you should have one of the staff members accompany you to the cabin so that they can do a walk-through with you, because it really is stressful to get half communication from their staff after you've already left.

What a gem! Can’t wait to come back in January for skiing, and using their direct to lifts shuttle! That will be so convenient! Cabin 140 is darling, all top notch furnishings, great location close to the clubhouse and pool!

This is a beautiful resort and will be even better when it is fully completed. The staff are friendly, but it seems short staffed as they kept closing earlier than stated time. Only 1 star for location because it is located right across the interstate from a very busy train transfer station. Every time a train would come into the station they would blow their horn 3 times. ALL. NIGHT. LONG! We were awakened throughout the night. We stayed in late September and other than the lack of a good night's sleep, we loved it.

We went here last weekend and were not disappointed! It was exactly what I had pictured and more. We stayed in the Aspen Cabin and it was so cute and the perfect about of space for 2 people! The bar and restaurant on the property was so convenient to have there & it was only a 15-20 minute drive into town. Definitely plan on staying again!

Solid camp ground with ample space. No trees for shade and still under construction in Oct 23. Would stay again and if you use starlink NO obstructions.

The staff at Village Camp Flagstaff is like family. Even though we are guests, it feels like home. We love all the outdoor adventures Village Camp has to offer. We have gone mountain biking, hiking, off roading to spectacular locations like “Edge of the World”, “Sycamore Point” and just out exploring. In December we got to take our RZR on several snow rides. It was a great start to bring in the holiday spirit. We look forward to coming back in January to go snowshoeing, skiing at Snowbowl and taking advantage of the shuttle from Village Camp. We are already looking to book our summer vacation with friends.

We used one of their RV sites and it was lovely! Heated water spigots for cold weather, a built in gas fire pit, and great amenities at their Community Center (bar, food, gift shop with drinks and cool merch). Staff was also super friendly. And our kids and pets were all welcomed (something hard to find in Arizona). Would highly recommend.

We loved our stay in the RV Park. Only a few things we didn't like. 1 was the back in sites were hard to back in because the rocks are too big and it was hard to maneuver through them with our truck and trailer. 2 was the steps down to the restrooms need to be lit up! Very dark at night!
3 was the restrooms trash was overflowing and some of them ran our of toilet paper, etc.
Otherwise, we loved our stay and the people were very friendly! Lots of activities to do!

New RV resort found on IG. Decided to check out on our way back from Phx to Abq to decide if we want to bring our RV and family in the summer. Cabins are cute and very nice but the resort is still not fully operational. Limited amenities and hours of service. Maybe once the resort is complete and frequented regularly it will change. Bistro was horrible. Bring your own food. Closest places to eat are Subway and MCD, otherwise about 10 min to Flagstaff. Doordash offers 1 restaurant delivery option plus a couple of grocery stores. Winter visit so couldn't really determine if good spot for outdoor activities such as riding our SxSs.

The perfect getaway weekend for our family. We stayed in our RV and our adult “kids” stayed in a cabin, so we got to experience both worlds. This place is delightful! The RV spots are roomy and the cabin was just perfect. The staff is so friendly, fun, and quick to respond with anything you might need. Loved the live music and trivia night, as well as a beautiful walk in the woods. Playing in the snow with our granddaughter was the icing on the cake and we can’t wait to come back in the summer and experience everything else there is to do here!

I only went to the clubhouse to have some food and a beer. It was a nice place for some pretty quick food. There was even live music going on that was nice to enjoy.

It made us feel at home with the fully stocked kitchen that allowed us to home cook meals. The location is absolutely perfect and the views were amazing both from our cabin and also the on-site community clubhouse! The clubhouse has a bar and dining available along with activities for our family! This was an amazing experience and we will definitely be back to catch some snow and more amazing views! Highly recommend! (:
