Villas at Chandler Heights

I’ve lived here since the end of 2022 and i have loved every moment of it. The staff is super helpful and friendly, it’s a quiet area, lots of things close by. I’d give it 10 stars if i could. Best place to live in Arizona.

We’re going on seven years of living here. We absolutely love it. The property is peaceful and Kristina and Tommy are wonderful!

We have lived here for almost 6yrs and Kristina has been an amazing manager. She greets us by name, always makes time to talk with us and love all of her community contest she organizes. Tommy is always present on the complex so seeing him always give me peace of mind to know if something were to happen to my home he would be able to to stop by and help. He also communicates really well and follows through on any helped we have asked of him.
This community has been wonderful to live in due to these 2 and I would recommend to anyone looking for a place to live.

I have lived in this community for nearly six years. I love the neighborhood and especially the management and maintenance team. Kristina and Tommy make you feel like you are the mist important resident and take care of your requests in a timely way! They are also dog lovers and have treated my pet as a member of their family. Anyone can rent a house but at villas at chandler heights you are home!

I sold my place and was a year out from moving to my new home and needed a place to rent during that time. I had a lot of options, but was sold on Villas at Chandler Heights. Office Management and Property Management made the decision quite easy. They are so kind, friendly, professional, timely and courteous. Really enjoyed the year I spent at the Villas. The community is always clean, neighbors are respectful and the villas are maintained well. It was a special time, and we'll miss living here.

We love living here! Everyone is so nice and helpful and we feel super comfortable living here.

My boyfriend and I have lived here for 3 years and we absolutely love it! Kristina and Tommy really go above and beyond to make living here safe and fun!

We love the resident appreciations that Kristina puts on, it really makes us feel special and it’s something fun to do to get to know your neighbors. Kristina is the BEST! She truly cares about the residents here which I feel like is very rare to find, she brings this amazing energy when you see her in office and she is so helpful! Maintenance man Tommy is a one man does ALL! He is so quick to fulfill any maintenance requests and does a wonderful job making sure the community is beautiful.

We truly have made this place our home! I was blessed to have my baby shower in the beautiful courtyard that also is an area for your dogs to play (I love the fact that this place has no breed restrictions-our dogs love it) The Villas at Chandler Heights has a very special place in my heart as I brought my beautiful baby girl into this world with a home birth here!

I always recommend this community to my friends and family! If it weren’t for Kristina and Tommy we would be living somewhere else.

I’ve lived here for almost a month and love everything about this place! Kristina at the office is so nice and helpful and the Tommy in maintenance always so quick and helpful! The area is quiet and everyone here has been so nice! By far the best community I’ve lived in!

Villas at Chandler Heights is wonderful! I absolutely love living here! The community is very peaceful and quiet. Kristina, the property manager, is amazing. She is extremely helpful and responds quickly to emails. Tommy with maintenance is great as well, responding very quickly to issues. I can't recommend this place enough!

The place is overall a terrible place to live, mainly because of the management and people running the place. It was bought out buy a larger company not long ago known as "Pillar" - and since then it's been straight down hill. I lived there more then 2 years, and they did all they could to keep as much $$ as they could all the way until the very last day. They do not care if you are a long term tenant. They will do all they can to keep your deposit, charge you fees for everything, leave stickers on your car, threaten you, etc etc. Furthermore many of the amenities are often broken or not functional. They do the typical scam of requiring 60 days notice to move out, which essentially ensures you'll have to pay for time that you don't live there, or forfeit a big amount of your deposit. It's virtually impossible to locate a new residence whether your buying or renting, that's a ridiculous 60 days out. Most good places available are available the moment they are listed.

Wow is all I have to say. This place is incredible. From our first tour to move in Kristina has been amazing! Her and Tommy have hands down been the best office staff and maintenance I've ever dealt with. Our place is nice and clean upon move in and everything went very seamlessly. Kristina checks in to make sure everything is okay and even left a goodie bag at move in. I can't recommend this place enough. My family helped me move in and we're very impressed with this place as well. Thrilled to be living here and look forward to our time here!

Extremely happy to be here in Villas at Chandler. Very nice and quite community. I would highly suggest if you are moving to this area for the first time. It has all the amenities and very close to Grocery shopping malls. Most importantly Kristina and Tommy are so helpful.

We are going into our 3rd year here and I cannot say enough nice things about this community! Kristina (community manager) and Tommy (maintenance manager) are the kindest and friendliest people. Communication is always on point and any issues we’ve ever had (which have been few and far between) are always taken care of promptly. The community itself is always clean and quiet. They are also super pet friendly and it’s awesome having your own private little yard for your pups. I would 100% recommend living here!

The move in process from start to finish was amazing. I’ve never felt so supported by my leasing management team and encouraged to come to them with my issues. My issues were accidental, and completely on my end and every time I reached out to them it was nothing less than superior service. Kristina and Tommy both go above and beyond to keep the energy vibrant and positive, even through the more taxing circumstances that feel overwhelming like losing my house keys on the day I moved in. YIKES ON A BIKE! They quickly rushed over a new set and assured me that everything was ok, which made me feel human which is exactly what I needed in that stressful moment. It’s so important to me to have this new chapter in my and my daughters life flow with ease and they made me more than comfortable even in situations that were beyond their control. The property is always clean, which is refreshing, they respond to work orders almost immediately and best of all I feel safe and everyone is so kind. The amenities are top tier which is exactly what I needed for my big leap into the luxury lifeStyle. I’m so happy to call this place MY HOME!

I have no idea why a previous review gave this community a 1 star rating. I have lived at Villas at Chandler heights for awhile now, and they have been awesome in every way! The office manager is excellent, and replies to emails right away. She is always available during business hours, minus her lunch break of course. Kristina goes above and beyond for this community, to keep it clean, safe and nice to live. If any issues arise, she is right on it, to make sure it is resolved promptly.

The person that gave a 1 star rating also talked poorly about the maintenance employee, which I will say is completely false. The maintenance man is really the best at what he does, and actually cares about this community. He goes above and beyond everyday, to make sure that work orders are completed in a timely manner. Of course, sometimes other professionals/vendors have to be called, as with any property. But I would definitely not say he is a "handy man", as Tommy is very competent in his abilities to maintain this property.

I actually got mad by reading that 1 star rating, since it is so completely misleading and false. Again, I have lived at this community for many years and I would know if the property was not being managed or maintained well. This is one of the best apartment communities that I have lived, which is why I am so reluctant to move. I love everything about this community, and it is just a really nice, peaceful place to reside.

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion about their experience living here, but I would be vary wary about believing a 1 star review. Chances are it came from someone who is bitter about something from their own doing.

Place needs a serious upgrade. Office personnel are not very helpful, they are never in the office, maintainence folks are one step above a handy man

Since my boyfriend and I moved here Kristina our property manager has been so welcoming and helpful! She got everything handled for us extremely fast and Tommy did a great job making sure our apartment was perfect for our short notice move in. It’s always kept very clean outside and it’s a great community for our pups, we couldn’t be happier!

Ive never lived in an apartment before but I decided to sell my home and try apartment living for a bit with this crazy market. I had a bad experience with the first place I tried renting at so I almost gave up. But I decide to give villas at chandler heights a try and man am I happy I did. Kristina has been the best manger to work with. Shes was super helpful during the whole process and I can already tell she really does care about the people living here. Tommy the maintenance supervisor has also been great to work with. The apartments are nicely updated and they have an awesome little back yard which my pup will love. The common grounds are well kept and clean too! I’m really happy I made the choice to live here
