5 Bought a trailer tire and when it was brought back to me I noticed that it hadn't been balanced. When I asked about it I was told that unless it specifically says to balance it on the paperwork they don't do it.
Seriously? Balancing a new tire doesn't automatically happen? Never mind the fact that on paid $130 for it. I've been running into this more and more in Arizona, either people don't want to do their jobs or they want more money to do something that used to be and should be included.
Very rude asked if they could help me with a flat tire, the man who answered said no and hung up on me. Never again will I ask for their service.
It was so disappointing how this place treated my mother and I we drove in from Tucson with a Nail in our tire, when we arrived they paid no attention to us finally when they sold us a tire they sold us one that was smaller than all the other tires, old with no traction and later to find out it had a nail. I feel we were taken advantage of because we were females.
Wow short circuit caused by nice. They found it and fixed it for a reasonable price. Great job
