Very friendly and professional. Thought I had a bad circuit board for my power management center. Just needed to be reset. He explained how I could do it next time myself.

Failed miserably. Vision only comes to the park we are in once a week. They came out four days after we called for an electrical failure. They charged every single RV they moved from site to site for the service call even though they were already in the park. They arrived at our rig and quickly diagnosed the issue - a burnt out element in the ATS automatic transfer switch. At this point I was impressed - that's where it ended. Even though I was able to get the part that day they would not return and finish the job. Instead, I was told we will be back next Tuesday. We called the office and found out where their "service area" was the next day. Took a squeeze you in appointment and moved our rig 57 miles to a different RV park. They arrived the next day and after 2.5 hours declared, I had bought the wrong part and it was incompatible with my RV. $$ charged again for not getting repaired. I called the part manufacturer and was assured I had the correct part. The following day I had another mobile RV tech in 2.5 hours install and test the part Vision said was the wrong part and. Viola - problem resolved. Charged twice by Vision and not repaired - not worth the cost or aggravation.

My response to Cedric's response.

Cedric,
We did initially ask you to get the part but didn’t want to sit in the desert without power or air conditioning for a week waiting for your once-a-week appearance at the RV park. We located the part and tried to get you to return the same day and were denied. We moved to try to resolve this problem with the same service that started the repair. As I explained to you, the unit that shorted had not been made for 12 years. The direct replacement according to State Trailer Supply was either the 501 or the 503. Both units are direct replacements for the ATS 5070, made by the same manufacturer. The difference was the 501 is the light duty ATS and the 503 is the heavy duty ATS. As full time RVers, I chose the heavy-duty unit. After your failed attempt to put the ATS in the same spot, I also contacted the manufacturer. I learned the 501 is designed for light 30 amp use with a small generator but will handle occasional 50-amp loads. The 503 is designed for mostly 50-amp service and longer-term generator use. Since we boondock about 1/3 of the year it is more appropriate and safer for the loads we typically encounter. You would have known this if your call to them lasted more than 2-minutes. Additionally, I have researched and both units have a nearly identical footprint and wiring schematic. Had you listened to my suggestion and rearranged the components in the electrical compartment as the second mobile repair service did, you would have discovered there was more than enough room. In fact, it required the wires to be cut 4 inches shorter. I had the correct unit, You failed to install it. Lastly, I also asked you to at least get us shore power by bypassing the ATS altogether and wiring in the power downstream of the surge protector. You were unable to do even this simple electrical job from your mobile repair van because you didn’t have the correct size wire nuts and a junction box. If you don’t have the experience and expertise to complete a job just pass on it. If you want to see how it was done make an appointment to stop by our RV and look at a professional installation.

We had been having serious issues with our RV Air Conditioner for over a month. We had another company come out first that was never able to diagnose the problem. Our air would shut off for no apparent reason from something as simple as adjusting the temperature up or down. Then it would take hours before we could get it to come back on. We called Vision RV and within two days they were able to come out and figure out what the problem was and get us cooling again. We live full-time in our RV and not having air was horrible. I cannot say enough about the owner Cedric and their technician. Professional, fair, very knowledgeable, and truly a company of integrity. They offer many services and we will absolutely use them again when and if we have the need.

They were booked solid and couldn’t make it out, but went out of their way to give us some helpful advice over the phone. Rare quality in a service company. I will be sure to use vision for future repair needs.

I called in regards to my RV refrigerator not operating as designed. I am an industrial refrigeration technician and let them know what steps I already took and the lady was very knowledgeable and was able to point me in the right direction from there. Extremely knowledgeable And I will absolutely be using them when I come across an issue I do not feel comfortable tackling myself.

High price!
Post Note: I have no idea what a licensed A&P mechanic has to do with RV repair, I'm a CFI, flew over 300 missions in Nam, I am also a certified licensed A&P mechanic, being a disabled Veteran I can't turn wrenches any more, RV mechanics take advantage of the elderly RVers. Because they don't know any better!
All I can do is advise elderly RVers to shop around you don't necessarily need a RV mechanic a lot of times any mechanic will do even if they don't specialize in RV most of the time the principles are the same one RV to another.
If I save one RV person from overpaying I've done my job.

What a great company, they came out and diagnosed our refrigerator in about 30 seconds. Then they went out of their way to help us find a replacement. They are honest, reasonably priced and know what they are doing, five star s.

Vision Mobile is my “go-to” for RV repairs! I lost an AC and, right now, demand is high for these units but supply is scarce. Jackie worked the problem and found a great alternative unit. They installed it and I couldn’t be happier! You can trust this team to do the job right!

This couple does an amazing job with their Mobile Repair Service.

They were able to fit us in on the same day, after a holiday, and were completely thorough with finding a major 12volt issue that I couldn't track down. Our A/C wasn't working due to a short, and they just worked through the components until they found the issue in my furnace. They are very knowledgeable on RV systems, and communicate that knowledge very well. On top of that, they are extremely fair in their pricing, and are just wonderful people to be around!

I would highly recommend them to anybody, and will be using them for any issues I may have in the valley, going into the future.
