I have made appointment for Verrado location about 3 weeks in avance I call to make sure I get the time right before I go and they told me that they put me for Avondale location I said no I have appointment in Verrado I’m about 1 mile away they said that that’s we’re they put it because the dr is in the location OMG can’t not believe how they just move you around now I have to drive 30 minutes and take day off work. Not happy with the girls in front doing Scheduling

I had to take time off of work for this appointment since they are not open on weekends and their hours are exactly the same time I work. I filled out my paperwork online in advance of my appointment, but they did not have it when I arrived, so I had to fill it out again. I had an 8: 40 appointment this morning and was not seen until almost 9: 20. The staff was giggly and loud, which seemed out of place in the environment. After waiting for almost 40 minutes, it took all of about 20 minutes for the appointment. The doctor was fine. He was friendly and the eye exam was the best part of the experience. He showed me to the showroom once he was done and because I had waited so long before I saw him, I already had a pair for frames in mind. Thank goodness I did, because I would probably still be there if I was expecting service. And then it was $3 shy of $400 for my glasses with insurance. Ridiculous. If there was another place closer that accepted my insurance, I would go there, hands down. In fact, I might go somewhere else regardless, insurance be damned because it might be less expensive and certainly better service.

We have been a long time customer of vison wellness. I love everything about them. I love that their equipment is advanced and reallly love not having to do the eye ball blower. Dr Adam Lee is very nice and personable. The glasses selection was very nice one of the other reasons we will stay with vision wellness.

We had a small issue with contacts being delivered but was taken care of by vison wellness quickly by giving us more free trials while we wait.

I have a family of 4 in glasses and 1 in contacts. We will not be going anywhere else ever. Thank you for taking such great care of my family.

I have purchased several pairs of eye glasses from Vision Wellness in the last few years and yesterday I purchased another spare pair of reading glasses which fits me so perfect! Thank you always for your excellent customer service and care! You Rock!

I really wanted this place to work out because it’s so close to where I live but they are seriously lacking costumer service. I originally brought my daughter in for her exam and I noticed that the person helping us stopped being helpful when I told her that I was only interested in glasses that my insurance covers 100%. I decided to give them another shot for my own eye exam because the optometrist was nice and professional. The younger receptionist greeted me but the other lady only said “oh that’s her”. I was initially told my appointment was at 10: 30 but I guess they wanted me there at 10: 20 for paper work. I showed up at 10: 29 and the older lady was so rude and acted like it was such an inconvenience. She asked me to start filling out paperwork but she wasn’t sure that the doctor would see me anymore. I decided to leave. I’ll give my business to someone who actually wants it.

Needed to get my eyes checked, no specific reason, just hadn’t had a check up in a while. The staff was super friendly, the doctor was great. I did not end up needing anything and that was very refreshing. I will definitely be moving our family over for our eye needs.

The staff at Vision Wellness are friendly, supportive and extremely knowledgeable. The staff facilitated me through a variety of procedures and tests in order to provide accurate data on the status on my eyesight. Dr. Lee is very helpful and provides reassurance when needed.

I cannot say enough great things about this office! The Doctor takes time to explain the exam and the staff is so friendly and helpful!

Daughter is an existing patient. Tried to make appts for her and the rest of our family (there are six of us). Was told we could not come on the same day because they only take two family members at a time. The reason I was given is because “we book so far out and in case there are cancellations”. West Valley Vision will see a whole family the same day. Was wanting to switch to somewhere closer to home. Too bad for them because I need contacts and glasses plus my husband will probably need new glasses. We have insurance as well so it all would've been paid for. I have horrible vision and my glasses are always expensive. Guess they like losing money.

My vision is a little complicated & I have been searching for an optometrist who is knowledgeable.
I appreciate Dr. Lees professionalism, patience & commitment in getting me the best prescription contacts.
He was also able to do special testing to rule out a condition I was diagnosed with.
I found that support staff to be professional & helpful.
